Pros:

The square footage of the rooms and the pools was so nice. Staff was amazing, even if we had an issue through a booking site and about to pull their hair out.

Cons:

The outside refreshment stand. Things wasn't working and it was just kind of rinky dinky for such a nice place.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Loved the pool and lazy river. Patio overlooking the river is beautiful and relaxing. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Location is excellent. Jay checked us in when we arrived and he was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

No complaints. Everything was great.

Pros:

Very good location close to alot of sites, rooms was very nice and large, very soft pillows, pool was also nice

Cons:

Beds was very firm and not comfortable, the staff was kinda of rude and acted like they didn't want to be there, they say they have a water park but it honestly just a pool with a slide the lazy river unless your a kid u can't fit on the tubs and there was no arcade just a ping pong table

Awesome stay with staff & pools/hot tubs; Jeep invasion & fire convention hard to find parking
Pros:

Staff nice, pools amazing, new hot tub at the Hotel is beautiful, wish had outdoor one at Inn., Wish outdoor pool at Inn had steps on side to sit like does on indoor; Hotel has this step on there outdoor one

Cons:

Bathtub kept holding water when taking shower, maid didn't clean every few days, we have to track them down to get what we needed

Our stay was short but we definitely enjoyed the amenities with the pool and the back deck area with rocking chairs

Overall our stay was great. Convenient to all the restaurants and attractions.
Pros:

The pool was great with the lazy river and slide. The indoor pool was nice as well as the hot tub. The room was comfortable with a great view. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The employee at the front desk on check in was rude and did not listen to my concerns. The cleaning crew were abrupt and we only had our floors cleaned and garbage taken out 3 times all week. Breakfast could have more choices, such as bacon, pancakes, and orange juice. Wish the room had a couch or loveseat so we did not have to sit on the beds

Would stay here again!!!
Pros:

I liked the location, pools, hot tub, room was clean. The person who checked me in and out was friendly. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The staff that was in the pool cabana couldn’t take our order bc she was on FaceTime the whole day. Breakfast was same daily.
