Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly

Cons:

They were doing construction on the floor above us beating and banging from 7am until 10pm everyday we stayed there, never had a good night's sleep due to that in the fact that the beds were absolutely horrible. The springs were broken in them and felt like I was going to roll off into the floor all night. The room was very dated and unclean, it look like someone had spilled coffee all over the side of the night stand and it never got cleaned up, finger and handprints all over the mirrors and an old sticky wooden floor that has stuff all over it🤢

Nice place, but the bed wasn't.
Pros:

Seemed nice and clean. The pool area was good, and so was the breakfast.

Cons:

The bed was fair at best. Mattress was horrible, and the bed could use an upgrade.

We had a great time enjoyed the pools and hot tubs and was close to everything very nice place
Pros:

The pools and especially the inside being open 24 hrs

Cons:

The beds a little hard and pillows sank down I had to sleep with 3 so maybe some better pillows

Fun in the mountain sun !!!
Pros:

We love the amenities, the pools and lazy river. Breakfast is always fantastic!!! The staff is always great and the rooms are always super clean

Cons:

The only and I mean only thing that wasn’t up to par for me were the bed and pillows, nothing else to remotely complain about

Pros:

Outside Pool, snack bar, hot tub, indoor pool, and water slide, breakfast was good as well. Beds were comfortable, nice refrigerator and microwave, hairdryer, large bathroom, great having a balcony : )

Cons:

Minor issue. Room key didn't work at first so I had to get another made after walking to room with all our things, I had to walk back downstairs.

Just ok.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Dirty. Black mold in bathroom. Not just a little. Trash under the bed. The beds are old and uncomfortable.
