Room for Improvement.
Pros:

The location and the outdoor pool set up.

Upon check in, I had to ask the front desk 4 different times to send up the roll away cot that I paid for upon arrival. We checked in around 5pm but didn't get our rollaway cot until well after midnight. I had called the front desk 3 different times asking for the roll away and was told each time there would be one sent up momentarily. The fourth time I walked down to the front desk and asked again what was going on and if they didnt have one to refund me the $50. Staff told me they had just come on for the overnight shift and they were working to figure out what was going on. Finally had the roll away delivered at 12:30am. It was super frustrating after our group drive 13 hours to get there.

The bathroom towel situation was a whole other issue. There were plenty of towels upon arrival for three adults staying in one room. The rest of the week, the staff came in and took all of our used towels but never put enough back in the bathroom and we were short. Almost every day I had to ask the front desk for more towels so we could all shower. The first few times they were sent up, the staff threw them in a black bag and set them by the door but never knocked so we had no idea they were out there for quite sometime. About the fourth timeI asked for more towels and requested two sets. Both were delivered and we took one set and hid it in the closet so we didn't have to keep doing this every day.

Other than that the rest of the stay was amazing.

Overall the stay was good. The hotel room was a decent size and our family had a good time there.
Pros:

The staff were all friendly. The hot breakfast had multiple options from sausage biscuits and gravy to eggs, cinnamon rolls, cereal, waffles, or bagels. Our DJ old loved the pool with the slide.

Cons:

I wish they had bacon.

Pros:

We love the Free Breakfast and affordable rates!

Cons:

I didn't like that there were only a few floats for the lazy river. People kept using them at the pool, so there was a long wait for a float. .

Nice property / poor customer service
Pros:

It is a very nice property. The rooms are clean. The location is great.

Cons:

Customer service is lacking. When booking pay attention to which building the rooms are in. Especially if you are booking more than one. When the front desk found out I booked through here. They wouldn’t help me at all because it’s 3rd party. Then a few days later we asked where the laundry facilities were and both front desk clerks just shrugged their shoulder and said they didn’t know.

I would stay again
Pros:

Room clean,and bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. Pool outside was great for the kids. Inside where pool was air was so hot.

Nice hotel that was very accommodating.

It was great my grandkids love the pool. Very quit and relaxing. And affordable.
Pros:

Loved being on 1st floor with my grand kids. Housekeeping really do a great job at keeping thing clean. Breakfast was good. room was great. Pool was great too. Just took to long to get door working took 3 days and we were just there one day with door fixed.

Cons:

The door took 3 days to get fixed to go out to the pool which was aggravating trying to get out. Had to wait forever for someone to let us get out to outdoors pool. Went to front desk 2 times drying to get to pool. She said she had gave the key to someone to open but they didn't open it. The housekeeper was there cleaning the bathroom and let us out she was so sweet and friendly. The others at front desk was really nice but the day of the pool she wasn't as helpful as the rest.
