This was our 1st time staying at Music Road. Absolutely exceeded our expectations! All of the staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean, beds were comfy and the pools were clean...BONUS outdoor pool was heated. This made for the perfect little get-away with my granddaughter. Location was perfect and easy to get to the Island and Outlets. Breakfast was good for free continental. We will be coming back for sure!

Great stay at Music Road Resort Inn while attending the International Conference and Film Festival. Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and very friendly, professional staff.
Special thanks to Graham for his patience and help with my requests, truly appreciated.
Pigeon Forge is an amazing place. Highly recommend!

It was good- place was clean and convenient to everything, loved the balcony.
Pros:

Close for the venue I was attending

Cons:

Not the hotels fault but next time I will probably request a top floor. I was disturbed for several hours by noises from room above. It was annoying after 4+ hours.
