Great family vacation!
Pros:

The staff were amazingly friendly and polite. The lobby was beautiful. Our beds were comfortable. They don’t even get cheap bath towels. Would absolutely return with my kids. Breakfast was amazing.

Even though the hotel is older, the grounds and rooms are kept very clean. The outdoor pool is great for the kiddos.

I was immediately thrown off by the smell when I walked in the lobby. We only stayed one night and really only picked th

We loved the swimming pool and lazy river. The river view was nice as well. Very large bathroom in our room.

Cons:

The hotel had a bad smell from the lobby to the room. It just didn’t smell clean. Rooms were outdated. Old carpet everywhere.

Overall, a great place. With just a little touch it could be phenomenal.

It was very clean and conveniently close to everything!

Cons:

The staff right at 10 locked the kitchen food doors and rushed everyone out. They stopped refilling the food and drinks at 930. Kids did not even have milk for the cereal because they would not refill it!
