This is a straightforward, practical hotel that's perfect if you're looking for a convenient base to explore Tokyo. The rooms are compact, as expected, but not uncomfortably small. Most importantly, the rooms were always spotlessly clean. Every day we returned to freshly made beds, neatly arranged rooms, and clean towels, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The biggest highlight is the location. The hotel offers the best of both worlds - a front entrance that opens onto the lively, bustling streets, and a quiet rear entrance tucked away from the crowds, giving you a peaceful buffer from the city's energy. Almost everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, and the metro was easy to access.
The staff also made travelling hassle-free. We were able to send our luggage to our next destination smoothly and efficiently, and the whole process was simple and stress-free.
If you want a clean, practical, well-located hotel that makes exploring Tokyo easy, it's an excellent choice.

I had bedbugs!!!!!!!! Nightmare, they didnt agree to refund me!! I hadnt sleep for 2 nights after long flight from Israel, constant handling with the hotel about it, trying to catch your customer service with no success!! Multiple laundries to sanitise the cloths and the suitcases!!

It’s quite an old building.
Good location, a short walk from the train station and many restaurants and shops nearby. There's a convenience store at the building and a 7-eleven next door, which is great for last minute needs. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
At night there's a lot of clubs and ladies clubs around which isn't the greatest experience, but it didn't feel unsafe at all.

Otel temiz ve güzel. Otelin hemen altında market olması çok iyiydi, gece otele dönerken sürekli alışveriş yapıp odamızda yedik. ortak alanda mikrodalga fırın da var.
Otelin konumu gece kulüplerinin arasında. Biz gece kulüplerini sevmediğimiz için yanlış tercihte bulunmuşuz. Başka bir konum bizi daha mutlu edermiş. Shinjuku metrosuna daha yakın olsa daha rahat ederdik.

The hotel was great. Close to station and very lively. The street wasn’t super family friendly I would say but overall it was great.
