Pros:

Staff was very helpful with everything. Lots of luggage and they helped us with the luggage forwarding service. Took such a stress off my shoulders while traveling to another city

Pros:

Il mio quinto viaggio in Giappone che inizia e finisce sempre con qualche giorno al Citadides Central Shinjuku! La posizione e la gentilezza del personale sono sicuramente dei punti forti, che ci hanno fatto affezionare alla struttura.

Cons:

Andrebbe fatta un po' di manutenzione alla moquette nei corridoi e stanze, e controllare che ad esempio le mitiche toilette giapponesi funzionino completamente. Inoltre al momento della prenotazione, con largo anticipo se si chiede di stare ad un piano alto si dovrebbe avere la certezza di avere questa possibilità, senza invece verificare direttamente al momento del check-in, con magari personale che non è neanche al corrente della richiesta già inoltrata-

Excelente location
Pros:

The location is incredible, right at the center of everything in Shinjuku.

The breakfast was also full of high quality and tasty foods for a good price.

Rooms were quite big for Japan standards and staff very nice :)
