Iberostar Selection Sábila - Adults Only

Just returned from a wonderful 10 day stay.
The hotel is close to the beach and all amenities.
All the staff were amazing smiley warm and helpful.
Our room was lovely and clean with kettle coffee machine and small fridge robes and slippers. The bed was huge and nice and comfy.

Good selection at breakfast everything you could want with freshly cooked eggs omelettes and bacon. Amazing pastries and plenty of fruit.
We had dinner every night 10/10. Freshly cooked meats and fish and so much more we didn't go hungry!

Delicious breakfast. Thanks to Rosario for her attention to detail when cleaning our room, and to Santiago who looked after us at the pool.
Bar staff are excellent too, especially Garcia and Frederico .
Daytime activities are varied and great fun. A wonderful hotel if you want a peaceful relaxing break and plenty of bars and restaurants close by should you want a change.

Very good but also very quirky. Most beach hotels have an outside seaview area for late afternoon drinks post sunbathing. But they were average nothing special.
Entertainment area very weird, poor viewing angles third rate entertainment.
All rooms are good but some rooms have very poor views, I asked to be moved to a room with a view which was no problem other than the extra 130e we had to pay. When you pay over 3k in a 5star hotel you should not have to pay more for a view.
Good points were as follows, all staff were very nice and helpful and the food was of a very high standard with good choice. However the FOOD MARKET AREA was very quirky and in my opinion not worth visiting, staff brilliant but a very weird way of selecting food. For 5 stars I want a menu and waiter service. So in finishing all good but just weird. We will not be returning.

Outstanding hotel, cleanliness, staff, location, food, drinks, entertainment 10/10. Im struggling to find somewhere as perfect for our summer holidays.

A lovely clean, calming hotel with attentive staff just outside the main drag of Costa Adeje. We had a standard double room with views of the sea and the volcano when on the balcony. Our room was lovely and quiet. There was a minibar fridge which we asked to be kept empty so we could put a few of our own bits in as we were only having breakfast in the hotel. There were filtered water stations on each floor with lovely cold drinking water. Breakfast has us at loggerheads as my husband thought it was excellent whereas I thought there was room for improvement. There was so much choice for food and drink but none of the hot food was anywhere near hot (except freshly cooked omelettes / fried eggs / English bacon). Hot food should be kept hotter than any of it was but maybe some people don’t mind lukewarm meals? One morning there was a waffle station which peaked my interest so I accepted what I thought was a fresh waffle from the lady behind the counter only to find it was stone cold. I asked for strawberries with my waffle and 2 small pieces of fruit were added to my plate and when I asked for more - well if looks could kill!!!
I just think that with a few tweaks at breakfast this really could be a perfect place to stay. I’m nit picking because everything else about this hotel really was excellent especially the sun bed booking policy. We did also ask a couple of times for shower gel to be put in the room seeing as we had 1 bottle of shampoo and 2 of conditioner but nothing ever materialised even though we were told they were getting straight onto it.
Would I stay again, yes I would but there’s always room for improvement!

I recently stayed at Iberostar Selection Sábila and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes it perfect for a getaway in Costa Adeje.

What really made the difference, however, was the incredibly friendly and professional staff. Everyone was welcoming and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel comfortable from the very first moment.

A special mention goes to Carmela, who is responsible for the pool area and sunbeds. She was absolutely fantastic — always attentive, organized, and kind. Her warm personality and dedication ensured that everything around the pool ran smoothly and that guests felt well taken care of. She truly adds a personal touch to the experience.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service, comfort, and a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely love to come back!

Wondeful hotel and staff so helpful and friendly. Pool staff especially Carmela exceptionally helpful to assist with getting sunbeds. Actually a great system to book sunbeds with ease every day on the app or with the team.

The food in the main restaurant was fantastic changing theme every day.

Just come back from a fantastic week at this beautiful hotel. Absolutely faultless. From the moment we checked in we were greeted with smiles and friendly staff who went that extra mile. Nothing was too much trouble, an absolute credit to the hotel. Rooms were spotless with super comfy beds. We were on HB. Breakfast every morning was delicious with so much choice. Same with evening meal. Your choice of fresh fish or meat cooked in front of you plus so many other options. Super fresh and truly tasty.
Lovely clean pool area and the sunbed app was easy use and worked very well. For a large hotel it never felt busy and a had a lovely calming atmosphere. We stayed in most evenings in the lobby for the entertainment which was excellent and good fun. There are plenty of places nearby though if you want to go out for food or drinks etc.
All in all a thoroughly relaxing holiday in a beautiful hotel . Will definitely return . Thank you Sabilia and all the staff who work tirelessly to make it such a memorable holiday .

We are heading home today after the most wonderful stay for the last 7 days. Taxi from the airport is €35.00. On arrival we were greeted with a glass of cava, our bags taken to our room and showed around The Star Prestige areas.

We upgraded to a Sea View Room (502) and so glad we did! The room was great, cleaned regularly, fresh towels, and a very comfy bed. Shower was excellent! They also provide a beach bag which was really handy.
We spent most of our time at the Roof Top pool which is worth the star prestige alone. Lots of sunbeds and no booking needed if Star Prestige. All the pools are a great temperature and the views incredible . Regular food and drinks at the rooftop pool. We tried the other star prestige areas, all lovely.

The food was fantastic, huge choice at all mealtimes and the Star Prestige seating area was great. We asked for a gluten free pizzas on a few occasions and they were excellent.

The staff here are incredible. It was my husbands 50th Birthday while we were here and they couldn’t have done more to help us celebrate. Thank you so much for making it such a memorable day.

You can access the beach by a private walkway by the spa. Great walk to Caleta also.

Huge shout out to Jessica in the restaurant who is an absolute star and Magely who always greeted us with a wonderful smile each morning and evening going into the restaurant.

We were so impressed by the welcome we received at Hotel Sabila. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and the hotel spotlessly clean. The booking of the sunbeds is easy but if any help is needed, the lovely Carmela at poolside is on hand. She is so ready to help in any situation and is so friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to visit again sometime.

The food is excellent with an incredible choice all beautifully presented. Very impressed with the non gluten options available which is a dietary requirement of mine.
The pool area is amazing , beautifully clean and staff do everything to make you happy. The reservation of the sun beds works extremely well and is easy to manoeuvre on the app but the lovely Carmela is there to assist if required.
We will continue to enjoy this incredible hotel for another week and a half and to celebrate my husbands birthday and look forward to trying all the other amenities of the hotel whilst here.

The entertainment at Sabila is amazing and the best we’ve seen in a hotel. It made the holiday for us. A special shout out to the entertainment team, they were just fabulous. Kiara was such a beautiful dancer and was brilliant in all the fitness classes we did. She was so welcoming and encouraging. An incredible stay and memories made that will last a lifetime!

We went as two couples to this amazing hotel. The food, rooms and all staff were incredible. Huge shout out to the animations team especially Kiara and Christian. They went above and beyond and we spent out 10 days laughing. We took part in most of the activities including fitness classes, zumba, jewellery making, cocktail making, Ironman triathlon. We especially loved the pool side entertainment and the nighttime shows in the gormet marker. It is mainly due to them that we are booked in to come back again this August! Really looking forward to it.

From the moment the coach pulled in
had a good feeling.Cases were taken and we were welcomed by reception with a cool flannel and offer of any drink we would like.
Rooms are of an average size,spotless.
Laura kept the room to a high standard for the 14 days we were there.Really comfy beds!
Breakfast ,so much choice! Veronica did amazing omelettes!
Santiago and Camilla so efficient found us beds and we renewed them every two days,no problem!
Workshops each day! From making soaps to jewellery! Keep fit,aqua,yoga!
Christian, Arroa ,amazing!!
Most days offered an ice cream/drink.
Evening entertainment hit and miss!
The only disappointment was Gourmet Market! Tastless !

Currently staying at this hotel .Fifty today so have stayed in numerous hotels and always thought what’s the point of returning to any hotel why not try something new .This stops now as the hotel is perfect ,usually if doing a review would go strengths /weaknesses but it has no weaknesses ..service ,staff ,location ,food, rooms,centrality etc etc absolutely spot on.Will 100 percent be returning next February .Only annoying thing is witnessing too many entitled and frankly rude people staying here talking down to staff at mealtimes or just being disrespectful to people in my experience have been nothing but friendly and helpful
