Nice and clean hotel with a great location and pools.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is amazing, 5 minute walk to the beach front directly from the hotel. Hotel is very clean and with lots of facilities. Pools are amazing, very clean as well. Food was also great.

Cons:

We did not enjoy the joined single beds, there was a huge gap in between and the matraces were too soft.

Pros:

The activity schedule is great! Nice to have the option to mix your relaxation time up if you want.

Cons:

Nothing really, I was happy with most things. There's of course noise from other surrounding hotels OR the Iberostar hotels activities in the evening. That's inevitable but I was able to sleep through it most times.

Cons:

Það hvarf einn afsláttarmiði a hótelherberginu sem við fengum til að nota á Gourmet market á hótelinu. Fengum svo annan í lobbíinu.

Összességében a szállással elégedettek voltunk, ajánljuk más, a parttól sokkal távolabbi szállásokkal szemben, azonban á

Tiszta, rendezett, a szobák szép kilátással és jó kialakítással rendelkeznek. Maga a hotel épülete is nagyon rendezett, szép. Az ételek sokszínűsége és íze kiemelkedő.

Cons:

Számomra nagyon különös (és ezt több Iberostar, illetve spanyol szállással kapcsolatban tapasztaltam), hogy nincs privát strand az óceán mellett, illetve kissé kiábrándító, hogy át kell menni egy teljes sétálóutcán, hogy eljuss oda a hoteltől. Egyrészt nem értem, miért nincs igénye arra másoknak, hogy ne a máshol is megtalálható medence, hanem az óceán mellett töltse a napot, másrészt egy 5 csillagos szállodában számomra furcsa, hogy bérelnem kell a strandon egy másik vállalkozástól napernyőt.
A személyzet alapvetően készséges volt, azonban előfordul, hogy nem tudnak jól angolul, illetve nem mindig a legkedvesebbek és udvariasabbak.

Het was goed maar niet meer dan dat in het hotel

De bedden die hard waren ,
En vooral het zwembad dat dringend renovatie nodig heeft .. nog nooit zo vuil zwembad geweten die voegen waren beschimmeld en waren veel tegels uit ,
En het werd nooit gekuist en dat voor een 5 sterren hotel

Pros:

Essentiellement la gentillesse et efficacité du personnel

Cons:

le bruit le soir. De la musique trés forte de 9k à 11h environ, dehors. Ma chambre située au 2è étage était au-dessus de l'orchestre qui jouait tous les soirs, heureusement pas trop tard, mais tout de même un désagrément pour moi
