Pros:

Alles war unkompliziert, Personal war nett. Auch wenn es kein Frühstück gab war eine super kleine Bäckerei in der Nähe.

Cons:

An der Sauberkeit kann man arbeiten aber für einen Kurzurlaub und den Preis kaum erwähnenswert.

Langjähriger Gast war es diesmal das letzte Mal.
Pros:

Danke dem Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption - sowohl der Zimmerwunsch wurde von ihm noch erfüllt, später besorgte er auch noch eine Fernbedienung, die es für den Fernseher im Zimmer brauchte.

Cons:

Vorab: Ich schreibe selten und eigentlich ungern kritische Bewertungen, böswillige schon gar nicht, aber hier muss jetzt einiges Kritische benannt werden. Um des Hotels und seiner Gäste willen.
Ja, das mit den -auch von vielen anderen schon genannten- kleinen Badezimmern/Duschen v.a. und dem nicht mehr so neuen Mobiliar etc. stimmt. Aber damit kann man bei dem Preis ja leben...
Aber wirklich enttäuschend (bis erschreckend) war es für mich beim Thema Sauberkeit. Mein Zimmer zum Hof war mit Balkon und damit hatte ich abends besten Ausblick auf den wirklich vermüllten Platz und die mindestens 8 Ratten, die sich dort tummelten. Spuren von ihnen auch auf meinem Balkontisch. Kippen und anderer Müll auch über den ganzen Balkon verteilt. Das geht doch nicht!
Und noch ein anderes Thema: Ich hätte ein kleines Frühstück gebraucht. Gehört auf booking.com zu den Angeboten des Hotels, war nur leider nicht direkt zu buchen. Im Zimmer lag glücklicherweise der Zettel aus, von wann bis wann ein Frühstück angeboten wird. Ich wähnte mich sicher. Als ich dann aber innerhalb der angegebenen Zeit frühstücken wollte, war da gar nichts, niemand da, alles verschlossen!? Mindestens den Hinweis darauf hätte ich von der Rezeption erwartet.

Der Herr an der Rezeption war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war heruntergekommen und auch nicht wirklich sauber. An der Rezeption liest man, dass das Demontieren der Rauchmelder mit 150 € bestraft werde; im Zimmer hing gar kein Rauchmelder. Darauf angesprochen, würden die Rauchmelder angeblich aktuell getauscht, was eine offensichtliche Notlüge war.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung.

Hellhörigkeit der Räume.
Laute Straße nebenbei.
Parkplatzkosten 10€.
Handtücher haben anfangs gefehlt.

Die Zimmer nicht gereinigt, auf der Matratze ein großer Blutfleck.
Der Balkon kaputt und dreckig, überall Zigartten und Müll auf dem Balkon.
Das Badezimmer mit schimmel und der Duschvorhang nicht ordentlich festgemacht.
