Agradable y bonito lugar
Pros:

El lugar es demasido bonito y ha mejorado mucho más desde la última vez que lo visité, ahora tiene más decoraciones. Las piscinas se mantienen limpias a pesar de que estaba lleno por ser fin de semana. Tiene linda vista y jacuzzis relajantes.

Cons:

La limpieza del chalet podría mejorar un poco e incluirles unas sillas en vez de los sofa cama.

Lo único bueno fue salir de ahí.

No tengo nada personal contra las recepcionistas, pero en lo que respecta a su trabajo en servicio al cliente, quedan debiendo, no hubo información del hotel en absoluto ni siquiera puedo decir que tuvimos un briefing de llegada, nos atendieron a través de un hoyo en la pared, ni siquiera podías distinguir bien sus rostros, rejas cono si fuéramos criminales. La habitación descuidada, paredes del baño con humedad y falta de pintura. No pude dormir debido a las almohadas, que son enormes de grosor, demasiado incómodas para dormir. Relación precio - calidad : Muy sobrevalorado, he trabajado como recepcionista por mas de 14 años y Se de Servicio al Cliente, es por ésto que hago mi comentario.
