Emplacement, personnel et rapport qualité/prix excellents !
Pros:

Le personnel, souriant et professionnel, le petit-déjeuner vraiment bon, l'emplacement à 10 minutes du centre historique et le report qualité prix de nuit et du petit-déjeuna vraiment imbattable

Cons:

le bruit de la route présent, la décoration des chambres un peu datée. rien de rhédibitoire, mais c'est ce qui manque pour que ce soit exceptionnel !

Hotel alles in Orfnung - Service sehr freundlich - Frühstück ebenso gut.

Rezeption und Service Mitarbeiterinnen sehr freundlich und engagiert. Ich wurde angerufenen um zu erfragen, ob ich nach meiner Ankunft noch essen möchte. Topp. Die Qualität des Essens im Restaurant war unterirdisch. Das Management scheint in diesem wichtigen Mitfaktor zur besseren Auslastung eines Hotels nicht geschult worden sein. Ich aß sog. Ceviche von Forelle - serviert auf ungewürzte Erbsen ! und darauf verklebte Endstückscheibchen einer Räucherlachses ( also auch keine Lachsforelle ) mit unausgelöstem mittleren Nervenstrang. Also keine Forelle - kein Koriander - kein Limettensaft. Erschreckend wie man so etwas in Frankreich servieren kann. Zum Hauptgang Poulet Bourgignon auf kaltem Teller, lasche Kartoffelstücke, etwas laues ungewürztes Gemüse und eine verkochte trockene fade geteilte Pouletkeule. Sehr schade wie man Lebensmittel kaputt macht und dass ein Angestellter wagt so etwas dem freundlichen Servicepersonal an Gäste zu geben . Dem Management kann ich nur raten in der Auvergne oder Aubrac, Lyon einige gute Bistros zu besuchen. Dann natürlich den / die Mitarbeiter / in zu motivieren mit Weiterschulung, dann kommen auch mehr Gäste in der mauen Zeit. Sehr schade
