The bed and pillows were comfortable
Tv didn't work.
Restaurant and bar was closed Friday night and we were not told.
Room was much smaller than in photos.
Requested via phone call 3 days be fore arrival to be located on same floor as other family, but did not happen.
No help to get porter trolley up to 2 rooms on 2 floors, a struggle for a 65 year old lady.
No customer service.

Hard to find. Poor signage on hotel information.
The location is fantastic and central to everywhere we visited.
The fold out couch the hotel said was a bed for a 3rd person! No sink in the room or basic amenities i.e toaster, electric pan.
Good for a couple of nights. Restaurant staff are very helpful. Good and clean facilities.
Location was great. Could easily walk everywhere downtown and easy to get to from airport bus. (There is another entrance but the one we found through Google Maps (Plummers St) did require carrying luggage up many steps.) Beds were very comfortable. Restaurant and breakfast buffet were good.

The room was clean and tidy. The heater was nice to have. Great location. Nice staff. Comfortable bed, good curtains. I didn't bring my toiletries so it was nice that they were provided. Good price.
On the TV I could only get sky sports, movies, news and discovery. No other channels worked. The tiles in the shower needed a bit of love. But overall very happy with our choice.
