Pros:

Sijainti oli tosi hyvä, lähellä kauppoja yms. Sänky oli hyvä ja häiriöitä ei huoneeseen kuulunut. Autopaikat viereisessä parkkitalossa. Aamiainen osittain hyvä.

Cons:

Huoneet kulahtaneita. Sisäänkirjautuminen vei aivan liian paljon aikaa, odoteltiin varmaa 40 minuuttia ennen kuin päästiin edes keskustelemaan respan hlön kanssa. Ei saatu mitään infoa respasta, piti itse tutkia kaikki.

Bed very comfortable, staff lovely

Cons:

Tv had no sound for normal channels, pancakes at breakfast were burnt and muffins dry. Juice run out and was not refilled

Great location, mid range hotel. Nothing fancy but adequate.
Pros:

Very handy location with easy access to Lambton Quay, Willis Street, waterfront, etc. Was perfect location for moving our daughter into Boulcott Hall. Included breakfast was great and staff were friendly & helpful. Handy to have fridge and cutlery and crokery in room for taling food back to room. Gym was even pretty decent.

Cons:

We booked a triple room & the bed for our daughter was a single fold out bed that was very creaky and quite narrow. Room was also very narrow with a gap that was barely big enough to squeeze past end of bed. A few things were broken (window latch, bathroom bin).
