Friendly and helpful staff, great size room with comfy beds and great shower. Would stay again.

It was very central, good sized rooms with fridge and microwave , comfortable bed and a great shower .

Great location, quiet & comfortable
Pros:

Great location & very quiet for the perfect sleep. There was no traffic or business noise.

Cons:

My laptop couldn’t connect to wifi in the room so I couldn’t complete urgent work. The tv could only pick up 2 channels and the room was well past its use by date

location is very central easy access to malls and CBD. However supervisory attention is required.

whoever checks the rooms before a guest arrives should be re educated on the importance of this aspect for guest satisfaction.

Great location and view but a bit disappointed with the room.
Pros:

Location was great, room generally clean and bed quite comfortable. The harbour view was lovely.

Cons:

Room was small and decor a bit tired. The shower stall could have been cleaner. Most TV stations had no sound and some no picture, so couldn't watch any Freeview stations.
