Amazing central location 😊
Only thing I would like to suggest we didn't have a teatowel for drying our cups
Location was excellent to centre city, walking distance to everything we needed to go to.
The shower pressure was excellent.
It would have been great to have an extractor unit tin the bathroom for steam etc

Room was not very well cleaned. TV was unusable - maybe 1 or 2 channels worked and unable to cast from my own device. Wifi was bad. Allblacks and F1 were on that day but we could get either
Room was good and next door to the room we stayed in on 6 and 7 August. No complaints about the room except for the lack of NZ TV. In August I was told tvs would be fixed within the next couple of weeks. I was told the same thing this time. For a modern hotel this is not good enough. This needs to be addressed.

Didn't like the double folded king bed duvet on my single bed. Single bed duvets for a single bed are much better!

Poor TV channels
I was staying with my 83 year old mother on the 18th floor. We chose the room with a microwave and a fridge. These were very useful, as some nights we ate in the room rather than going out. Housekeeping was excellent. We had breakfast each morning, and there was enough variety to start the day on a full stomach.

Not a serious problem but next time would ask for room a bit further from the lift and its constant rumble.
The view from our room was stunning, we looked straight over the harbour! The bed was comfy and we had everything in our room that we needed. The shower had amazing pressure!
The windows were quite dirty so we couldn’t enjoy the view as much as we would’ve liked to.
Hotel location is close to everywhere. Great breakfast.
The sofa bed mattress is quite thin.

No A/C and you can not use sharing on the smart tv for Netflix and other streaming services. Also they only have 3 working channels which is a joke! Sky sport one the Discovery Channel and sky movies one.
