The professionalism from the reception. The building was clean and the hotel location.
The hotel water was not hot enough and the bistro wasn't open.
it’s was a clean hotel
The hot tub was out of order. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working.
Fair rate
The parking. Not enough parking and a tow truck circles the lot. Also should not have to pay $5 for parking. Annoying
It was clean
Not really scenic
I liked the pool and the lobby. Everything was really clean and the staff was friendly towards our accomodations
The key card readers on the doors are impossibly difficult to operate. We had a very late check in and could not get into our room simply because the key card would not unlock the door.
Location
Old mattress caused back pain, smelled and had to pay for parking in a city with ample parking and no other hotels require it. Money grab.
Very clean and smells great
The small TV and it had like a burn mark burnt through the tv
Clean and lots of space to move around.
No vent fan in restroom.
The heated pool
The jacuzzi was down
Overall, it was a great stay and most staff were great. We also enjoyed the choice of fixtures (lamps, knick-knacks, both in room and lobby), and fresh spa smell. Hotel was quiet, room and lobby were neat, clean, and smelled good.
Convenient location.
All staff with the exception of the breakfast bistro staff was great. Breakfast was not the best for the price. Paid for inclusive breakfast but should have gone elsewhere. When we asked bistro staff to explain what the inclusive breakfast package actually entailed, the explanation was not clear. Especially, when we were told it was inclusive but I still signed off on around $50. When asking for clarification, breakfast staff was short with us even after we informed them a couple of times that it was our first time there.
Awaiting to see if there will be an adjustment to final bill, we had a pet. Found out later on an internet search that having a pet with you may be $75 non-refundable. If that is true, that is rather exorbitant and we would not likely return in future; Other quality hotels charge less.
It is something that should be disclosed at time of check-in.
Rooms nice but could use a little fine tuning; crooked lamp shades, scuffed furniture, peeling wall paper in bathroom.
Not one thing.
Loud noise in the room all night - lobby coffee not hot (and terrible) - $Thirty dollars for a cup of fruit and oatmeal and an orange drink
The breakfast was good.
The bed and tv was situation weird.
