Staff were all friendly
Hot tub was out of order, all of the elevators were out of order so a lot of walking up and down stairs when checking out
The staff members were very nice, the location was great, and the room was comfortable.
The first light in the room made a loud buzzing noise until we turned it off. The pamphlets (rules and the bistro menu) had outdated information. One of the box spring covers had a very visible, kinda gross looking stain in plain view, some crayon was on a wall next to a bed.
Beware of parking your vehicle. The hotel gives you a parking pass but takes none of your vehicle info. If your parking tag is not clearly visible on the dash you get towed as I did at a cost of $180. even though I was in a Marriott designated spot. the hotel has no contact with the towing Co. Taking a min. for a cursory look would have identified my parking tag. Ruined our entire stay as we first thought the car was stolen.
The staff was AMAZING!! Tami Smith in particular. She remembered little details about me-like I was there for the I review and she wished my luck and asked all about it when I returned. I mentioned I would like a little bottle of lotion, they were waiting g on a shipment later that day. That evening g a staff member delivered the little bottle of lotion. They remembered and I just said that in passing that morning. Honestly the best customer service I have ever received and I am a well worn traveler.

Breakfast was decent, but more staff is needed so that the wait isn't so long.
The restaurant couldn't complete any selected meal. There were no onions nor American cheese for the burger. No sour cream for the quesadilla, no blue cheese for the wings, etc...
Room was clean and bed was comfortable but it's the little things that could have made it better.....
**There was no soap in the bathroom. Had to go to the front desk to get bar soap.
**There were 3 tissues left in the tissue dispenser and no replacement box.
**The room was incredibly warm...almost hot. No matter how low I turned the thermostat, the room wouldn't cool down. It made for a miserable night.
**The shower was just lukewarm, at best.
Clean, location was good, beds were comfortable.
No ac the first night!! Promised a room change but could not accommodate!
I liked the staff, and the easiness of check in.
Some things were broken like the light in the bathroom and the cabinet for the fridge but I didn’t mind or complain.

Everything, it was a beautiful hotel, the staff was great and the convenience of the bistro was a plus
