Everything, it was a beautiful hotel, the staff was great and the convenience of the bistro was a plus

Cons:

It was just not clean I went to go to the pool n hot tub. Both not working out of order. Then went to go take a nice bath in my room and there was weird stuff on my tub so took a fast shower I took pictures and a video of it. Look like someone had the shits and it dried on the tub. Then getting out of the shower i push the curtain out of the wait and notice dried up soap studs on there that were not from my bar of soap I used! It was just gross and the room just felt weird.

Excellent care and concern from front desk staff.
Pros:

From desk clerk offered her help in choosing a better room choice and helped us by letting us in a bit early. My son had spent the night on an airport floor and needed a shower and a nap prior to his university presentation. She was kind and helped us out when we needed it most.

Fine enough but needs some love
Pros:

I liked the pool and the lobby. Everything was really clean and the staff was friendly towards our accomodations

Cons:

The key card readers on the doors are impossibly difficult to operate. We had a very late check in and could not get into our room simply because the key card would not unlock the door.
