The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.
Pros:

This property was beautifully kept, staff were awesome.

Cons:

The hot tub was a little cooler than most hot tubs, but still nice.

Pros:

Personnel très gentil à l'accueil. Hôtel très propre. Chambre à 2 lits Queen. Petit frigo et micro-onde. Pratique avec des enfants. Génial miroir de salle de bain avec éclairage pour bien se maquiller + miroir grossissant pour les myopes comme moi. Merveilleux! Grand bureau avec lampe. Grande chambre. Super espace gym et piscine au dernier étage. J'ai aussi aimé le service de conciergerie par SMS au lieu d'appeler. Service rapide. Pour terminer, divin petit déjeuner avant de partir. Service impeccable par madame Victoria qui a été très attentionnée avec nos enfants. Stationnement facile d'accès et réservé aux clients de l'hôtel seulement.

Cons:

Nous aimons les oreillers plus fermes, mais pour les enfants c'était OK. Il y avait 2 oreillers + un oreiller de corps par lit, nous avons demandé 2 oreillers supplémentaires (adultes). Serait bien d'avoir 4 oreillers par lit. L'oreiller de corps c'est un plus! Matelas confortable.
