There’s not much to add except that when I’m in Montreal, I won’t stay anywhere else. Loved my room and parking was a breeze. Thank you so much for an awesome stay.

The staff at this Hilton were amazing; super friendly and very responsive, helpful and happy (especially if you greeted with Bonjour or attempted French). We found ourselves helping a lost elderly lady at a bus stop by the Hilton on our first day and after no cabs would stop for us, we had the idea of walking her to our hotel to call her a cab - The staff could not have been more helpful or considerate of the predicament and with us, made sure she got back to her hotel safely. The room was spacious and clean and the hotel location was perfect for what we wanted.
It's not that I didn't like it, more a cautionary tale for other travelers - Parking is available but you have to check-in or get your parking pass BEFORE you can enter the car park beneath. Again, staff were super helpful but not knowing this caused us to block the small temporary parking outside reception, but everyone there was kind and helpful!
Bien situé en centre-ville, même si ce n’est pas mon quartier préféré à Montréal, c’est aisément accessible via le métro et assez centrale.
Le personnel est disponible et aimable, rien à dire là dessus.
Bien que j’utilise une eSIM internationale, j’apprécie d’avoir le WiFi haut débit compris ce qui n’est pas le cas de cet hôtel car il est soit proposé aux clients « fidèles » ayant un certain statut ou alors payant pour environs 5$ par jour qui permet de faire du streaming.
Pas de TV connecté, ce n’est pas vital mais toujours appréciable car la plupart des hôtels la propose afin de connecter ses différents services.
