Disappointed with stay
Pros:

Lose to Easter show 5 mins walk

Cons:

6hrs waiting for my luggage, 4.5hrs waiting to get che ked in. Fridge packed with drinks and to put anything in fridge to small No staff came to update usability anything. Would not give me my car keys to go to grab items from my car and would not let me put my items back to car on departure. Gym was very basic, no pool at hotel. Was recommended to go swim at Ryde aquatic centre. When called reception from hotel room, no answer or response to calls.

Great location for concerts at arena

Cons:

The property is looking tired and dated in rooms carpet needed a good clean and had an old smell to it. Room service food was not good

Buffet breakfast was running out of a lot of things by the time we got there around 8.45. The demand should have been predictable given it was a busy sporting weekend
