Amazing facilities, clean and super comfortable and welcoming
Pros:

Location was excellent if you have any event at the stadium. It was so clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The gym was clean and fully equipped. Breakfast was incredible, definitely recommend. We also left something behind and staff have been so helpful and kind, helping us get it all sorted. We had such a great time.

Excellent staff
Pros:

The staff were excellent and handled every situation efficiently and professionally.
Perfect location for the event.

Cons:

There are not many other dining options within walking distance, except for McDonald's. We were short on time and wanted to rest, it would be convenient to have dining options available at the hotel.

Disappointing
Pros:

It was very close to Accor stadium.

Cons:

The valet drivers did not demonstrate care and competency in handling my vehicle. Caused significant damage to the expensive carbon components on the front of the vehicle and the rims. Don’t come here if you have a nice car.

Location is great. A bath is always lovely.

Cons:

The endless messages and emails to check in online. There needs to be more awareness of parking facilities and need to book parking elsewhere.

Overall, it is still ok given the price.
Pros:

Good value of money. Drinking vouchers are provided while the room is not ready, which is quite nice. Food is delivered fast and good value of money generally.

Cons:

The room has a strong smell of chlorine. And the air conditioner on the roof along the door corridor are making loud noises making me up at 6am.
