Comfortable, overall staff were helpful and kind.
Pros:

McKenna and Javen were amazing with helping us get the meeting room situated and set up for our friend funeral reception

Cons:

We did have ants in our room and told the front desk, that person was less helpful and seemed irritated that we asked for help with something, she didn’t provide her name.

I had a very relaxing, comfortable, enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The facilities were clean, attractive, fresh, inviting. My room was very comfortable and had everything I needed.

Cons:

I wish the pool was open earlier in the mornings. It would have been nice after the fire alarm went off to be alerted as to what actually happened.

They overbooked and canceled our stay while as were on the road there from 3 hours away and moved us to their sister hot

Absolutely nothing because they overbooked and left us without a room. A room that we booked months in advance.

I didn’t get to stay at the property. My booking date was for June 19, 2026. When I got to the hotel after a three hour drive, a hotel stay I booked months in advance because I was dropping my daughter off at Ball State University for a camp there the next day, we were told they overbooked and we now didn’t have the room we booked months ago. They moved us to a sister hotel down the road, which they said we could “just walk over to, it’s just next door. Thank you!” We had a bunch of luggage and the hotel would have been a 15 minute walk down the road. That’s not exactly next door. The room we had at the Room 2 hotel was filthy with food crumbs everywhere, crumbs on the bed, what looked like dried bed bugs eggs on the bed, dried beds bug eggs on the floor, and a broken sofa bed. And because every other hotel was booked for this camp, the next closest hotel would have been 30 miles away.
