Good location for Suva
Pros:

The food was good but slightly overpriced. Rooms are dated but comfortable. Even thought I was up stairs, I could hear noise from the foyer and restaurant areas. Nice restaurant looking over the water.

This is the best place ive stayed. The service was so good, the staff are always willing to help. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom was really clean. Would definitely come back here.

Staff are somewhat nice however was noisy. Got woken up by the room across the hall playing loud music at 4am. No way to contact reception so had to bang on the door myself. Got bitten by bugs in bed. Had to pay extra to stay in a room that was a bit more modern compared to what they initially offered me.

Really good hotel!
Pros:

I really liked this hotel! Very clean and new. Nothing was worn out and the room was very cozy. The room had the most wonderful terrace with an amazing view!
If I should mention something, then it would have been nice if the menu card for the room dining would have been as thoroughly described as the menu card in the restaurant:)

Pros:

Lovely hotel. Main areas really nice. Rooms are decent but slightly tired and could do with a refurb Beds are good. Staff are lovely. Only criticism is they take so long from taking an order to actually getting a drink or food. I know it’s Fiji time but they need to look at that.

Pros:

The view from our room and the restaurant over Lami Bay is beautiful. Our Executive King room was quiet and had the best mattress we’ve slept on during our 2 week holiday in Fiji. Anyone who likes a supportive mattress will love staying at the Novotel.

A Happy Return
Pros:

A small suggestion for an improvement would be to attach a weather stip on the bottom of the door which would eliminate the hallway light shining in the entire night.
I would also add some bushy pot plants which will dampen the noise in the hallway or maybe some hangings from the ceiling. Currently you have a very long hard surface hallway.
