Trying to extend an extra night from my original booking was strangely very difficult such that I had to make another separate booking for 1 night and then try to get them to link the bookings so I would stay in the same room. Unnecessarily difficult. Oscar was very helpful upon arrival though.

Cons:

Security could do more regular rounds later at night so guests wouldn’t be disturbing others by making noise late. Had to contact reception on 2 occasions to say here were people out the front of their rooms making inordinate noise at 1am in the morning. Security should be more on top of that.

A GOOD CHOICE FOR ACCOMMODATION IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CITY.
Pros:

THE VIEW WAS GORGEOUS OVERLOOKING THE WATER. SPACIOUS ROOM AND THE WIFI WAS EFFICIENT. GREAT LOCATION AND NOT TOO FAR FROM THE CITY CENTRE.

Bathroom design tended to allow water leak onto floor, despite efforts to control it during showers (prevent slipping & falls).

Room maintenance during stay, towels needed to be requested, late changes, but not a big issue, just be aware.
