Okay
Pros:

Beautiful view of Lami Bay.

Cons:

Need a ride to get to town and back. Even the nearest store is not walkable.

The rooms don't have a desk to work on if coming for business.

The hotel doesn't have a phone service. You have to WhatsApp the hotel staff for requests. But then no one answers.

Nice option to stay on the water just outside Suva. Great value for money.
Pros:

A nice hotel outside of Suva with fabulous staff and great value for money. Very comfortable room. Great bed and shower. On the water with nice view of the bay and good pool.

Cons:

Few TV channels. No late hour kitchen service. For Sunday lunch you only had the full buffet option and no other meal available.

Pros:

Read the dislike section

Cons:

The check-in process was nice and smooth, and the receptionist explained the amenities and services well.
However, when we entered the room, it felt dirty and had a damp carpet smell. Being an Executive Housekeeper myself, I carried out my own inspection and found the following issues:
• The smell appeared to be coming from the air conditioner.
• One set of bed linen had not been changed.
• One pillow had a yellow stain and was placed facing the headboard, likely to hide it.
• The first bed sheet had a dried stain on the top half of the bed.
• The floor had not been vacuumed properly, also not mopped. ( both rooms)
• The shower in 319 the hose wasn't attached to shower head well. It was spraying water from the base.
I informed reception, and to their credit, they handled the matter very professionally and happily changed the room, which I appreciated.
Later, we asked if it was possible to upgrade to the ocean view room that the hotel was advertising. The receptionist advised that they did not have the same room type available but said she would check with Housekeeping. The Housekeeping Manager was nearby, so she asked him directly. He mentioned there were two rooms with two queen beds available, then spoke in Fijian saying that I had checked into Room 322, complained about dirty sheets, moved to Room 319, and was now asking for an upgrade — and that it was “not happening” and that we should “stay in the garden view.” He then walked away.
Unfortunately for him, I understood exactly what was being said. It was disappointing to hear staff discussing a guest negatively within earshot. If the room had been properly cleaned and inspected in the first place, the issue would never have happened.
While the front desk staff were polite and helpful, the experience with housekeeping management left us disappointed. Professionalism and discretion when discussing guest matters are extremely important in hospitality.
