Pros:

I liked the front desk complimentary touches. The to go bagels, brownies, lemonade, teas & coffees were great. I also love the pillows.

Cons:

The room seems so outdated like the late 80s & early 90s. The room smelled like mildew & musk. I took my allergy medicine. The breakfast was not as good. The scrambled eggs were sitting in a little water, the bacon was chewy like it was microwaved….The room floor carpet was dingy & old, the ceiling was patched with spots of paint, the tv was the basic cable with no channel guide having only the long community channel guide that you have to wait to see what’s on channels. A lot of upgrades need to be made. I wish there were smart tv access with streaming options. My room window view was the top roof of a building. I’m so disappointed with Hampton Inn. Reminded me of a budget motel in the room.

Good food, friendly staff and location outweighed the small inconveniences.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and the location was close to food, shopping and other amenities. The breakfast buffet was smaller than some hotels I’ve stayed at but items were fresh and had some changes in the available options over the three days I stayed which helped it not get repetitive.

Cons:

The a/c unit in the room had a very loud clicking noise when it was running that made it difficult to sleep with it being on and too hot to sleep without it.

The interior handle on the bathroom door was seized up and could barely operate to the point my 12 year old son and I just left the door cracked instead.

The tv in room would turn on but the controller did not seem to connect properly but that could’ve been operator error as well to be honest.

Not worth it.
Pros:

I ordered the room after a night of drinking to keep from driving or sleeping in my car only to find out I wasn’t allowed to check in til 3pm Sunday. It was about midnight when I purchased the room and the front desk lady was not very nice to us.

It was okay but I won’t be staying there again.
Pros:

It was convenient to the highway for us to travel upon the next morning.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. Also the room had a stale smell.
