Comfortable bed. Nice AC
Bistro prices high. Other hotels offer a free breakfast (which I knew wasn’t offered) Room kinda rundown and dreary
Very nice and clean all though they were going through construction.
The room was to cold and I couldn’t adjust the temperature.
The location and the staff were great!
The body wash was empty so didn’t have soap and the bed wasn’t that comfortable. I didn’t pay attention when I got the hotel so didn’t realize you have to pay for breakfast.
Everything.
Everything was great.
The property is in a good location.
I was put in a room that had bugs in it. I had to go and buy some spray. That didn’t work. They were in the bathroom also. The TV remote wasn’t working. I called the front desk numerous of times and she claims she could not hear me so I had to go down stairs and ask her to come up to give me another one or fix the remote and was told that she did not know how to do that. The shower in the bathroom would not drain. I had to leave and go to my in laws and shower. I asked to be moved the next morning to another room and the front desk clerk laughed. She then sent a msg over the walkie talkie inquiring about another room. The housekeeping told her that the room was not ready and that is was supposed to to be shampooed days ago and was not but she proceeded to tell me that she was moving me to the room anyway. I told her that I was not bc the room clearly wasn’t rentable and that I wanted a room that was ready with everything working and no bugs. I lft and did not come back until the 4pm check in. So technically I was without a room from morning to afternoon. There was no compensation or apology.
We stayed only one night on a road trip from Florida to Texas while this location was being remodeled. But unlike other hotels we've stayed in undergoing similar renovation, management here took great pains to ensure that guests were not impacted. We were given one of the renovated rooms on the fourth floor while rooms on other floors were being worked on, and barely noticed the work. No inconsiderate smoking by workmen, no early morning noise impacting sleep, no tools or construction material scattered around. Much appreciated.
Swearing from building workers which was allowed in reception. No coffee at Starbucks.
Hotel looking old. Not good value for money.
Location
Undergoing renovations
Unfortunately
Under construction so unfortunately noisy and untidy but understandable Thanks for updating hotel
The staff helped me out with a room when booking.com’s reservation was not on the books. Room was comfortable and ohhh the pillows.
Nothing
Close to highway but still quiet.
Housekeeping could do a more thorough job in the bathroom.
I like the staff and how honesty they were about construction
I booked and paid for two queens beds and got a king! No enough room, the AC was consistently going off as in a knocking noise, the ceiling in the bathroom was not finished painting, the overall room was not a good feeling.
