This trip was one of many long term stays at this particular Residence Inn. As always it is a pleasure to arrive at my home away from home and to be greeted by staff who’ve become friends and go out of their way to make you feel like family !! Laurie Martin (Front Desk Supervisor) always greets with a warm smile and a genuine welcome ! She and the hotel in general offer a clean, comfortable home like atmosphere that provides all the accessories and amenities to make daily living pleasant and enjoyable. Any request I’ve ever made of Laurie has been positively received and fulfilled beyond expectation. She definitely goes above and beyond and for that reason this hotel is my 1st and only choice in the Gulfport/Biloxi area.
We Stayed For JTC 2026 and Arrived early and The staff was Amazing , Clean Room and Clean Pool!
The Hot Tub was Nasty 🤢 with Bugs Didn't Look like it was working
The great news started when I received an email that our room had been upgraded to a suite. when we checked in and saw the room it was amazing. We had a 2 bedrm suite which was very roomy. Every area of the suite was very clean and I am picky. Until recently, I still wiped down surfaces and handles( carry over from covid). Towels are thick, bed feels comfortable and pillows are varied. Hotel is near the airport but the room is quiet. I may not report on breakfast but so far we are very happy. Sherry was very kind at checkin also. Would absolutely come back here.

The guest was really loud and the manager tried to help but the other guest wouldn’t cooperate and with a special need child she can’t handle really loud because noise and after the manger finally got to talk to someone they started banging and stomping and screaming even louder

It's set in quiet woods alongside the more visible Hilton Garden Inn.
Very welcoming, and so polished and well maintained I thought it was newly built.
Free light breakfast - a full cooked breakfast available for purchase at the Hilton.
Especially helpful is the complimentary shuttle to downtown Gulfport and the waterfront. They dropped me right at the Aquarium, well worth a visit.
Gulfport is a very attractive and tidy town - plus now has Amtrak service.

Didn’t clean the room or change towels after first night stay

The jacuzzi wasn't working and the pool water wasn't clean.
Breakfast was good. Staff was nice and kept the place clean.
