簡直垃圾,賓館不如,不要入住

在服務台CHECK IN,找了5分鐘也找不到我的預訂,服務員竟然傾向問我是否有訂,講HOTEL.COM佢聽唔明(無培訓?)
最後她的另一位同事找到,她解釋說我打中文名字找不到,原來你是用英文預定(大哥身份證中國人都係中文英文,你還想有那種語言,中文無就好自然打英文啦).已經火火地
比訂金要我比3千,3千你唔係呀?總價住2晚先2千元,你要我比3千,得,如果係你公司規定我都會比,但你原因竟然係話而家未查到你比晒錢未,大哥比晒啦比埋信息你睇啦,你仲想點,你埋EMAIL你睇話金數已付,你都仲係要屈我2千,我問平時比幾錢,佢話1000,我就唔出聲,佢就係咁嬲我比2千,之後會退番比你,大哥我夠知啦,問題係唔憤氣嗎,點解我會比多D,我做錯咩?跟住佢有粒高級少少既人出來了解最後都係比左1千按金.

跟住入房,好激氣,收三個人錢,比二張床,用品全部二個人,火都來,之後朋友去廁所,個廁所都仲有尿未沖廁,仲要塞埋,毛巾一條都無,打電話叫服務台又三吹四請,打5,6次先送齊所有用品,都未講完,不過都唔想再講,簡直垃圾,賓館不如!!!!!如果評分係10分滿分,我會評負一千分!!

不錯的酒店
Pros:

服務員親切有禮，房間寛敞，並且酒店會送水果，只是位置有點偏、房間燈光有點暗。去機場只需半小時，不錯。
