I had wanted a ground floor room, but I got one on the second floor.

Not enough workers. Front desk lad y was rude. One had 1 washer working and had to come down to desk 3 times for new towels

Carpet wet and sink clogged
Could use some updates and several things were tattered and torn, carpet, etc. The hallways were hot and humid but the room was comfortable. The elevator had issues while we were there. The phone in the room wasn’t even plugged in to anything and was basically a prop. There was no channel list or any way to figure out what was what with the tv, the guide button did not work.

Check in was 3 hours late. We booked 4 rooms and one wasn't ready until 6:00. Check in is at 3. All of our rooms had disgusting rust stains in the bathroom. There was a torrential downpour from the ceiling in the pool. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude when we understandably upset that our room wasn't ready 3hours past check in. I am incredibly upset with the customer service.

Breakfast was good. Lobby is clean.
Not enough towels on site. This was our second stay at this hotel and both times there were not enough towels at the pool. Stayed in two rooms a week apart. Both had cracked bathroom sinks, rusty bathtubs, and drainage issues. There were stains on the carpet and the window leaked in the second room we stayed in, from the rain outside. That was room 513.
I called ahead letting them know of my late arrival and my key was already waiting for me . Greatly appreciated after 10 hr drive .
