Nice staycation for the price!

Nice hotel, great location and very quiet

Cons:

The safety latch on the door was loose and broken. I mentioned it to the front desk staff and nothing was done about it. I was told to lock the deadbolt to prevent anyone from coming in the room.

Quick overnight to rest on the way home
Pros:

Overall a great stay. I would highly recommend Hyatt Place Lexington. The location is great and super convenient off I75. Check in was a breeze. The hotel was clean, in good condition, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable too. Breakfast was good quality for a free breakfast with good options. My only issue was that there were no bottled waters in the room and no water sitting out for guests. They did have a drinking fountain that did the job, but wasn't ideal.

It was a very peaceful stay. Clean room, no strange smells, clean stain free linens. The pool was warm and taken care of

It was not a good stay for the money over price.
Pros:

The location and first shift front desk was super nice.

Cons:

The second shift front desk employee was totally rude we had to change rooms first cause a sink leak then again for shower 🚿 not working finally we get in a room but it was bugs in windows very old rust in shower they and to pain attention to the rooms updates.

A female front desk attendant was friendly and helpful; a male front desk attendant was grumpy, unfriendly and not helpful at all when an issue arose with our booking site.
