Disappointing.
Pros:

Location size of room

Cons:

Advertised as having restaurant, not true. Low quality free breakfast, children creating constant mess. Noisy neighbors until after midnight, no enforcement of quiet time. TV provider poor, not much free selection.

Great price
Pros:

We got the king room with the sofa bed and it was so spacious and at a amazing rate per night. Plus the night staff was wonderful I never caught his name but he was a total sweetheart and helped me even book a extra night as the app was being difficult

The location is really good ita five minutes away form several great restaurants, a escape room and even a target is rlly close by I definitely recommend it here

Relaxing
Pros:

It was peaceful and quiet and everything that I expected from Hyatt Place.

Cons:

The staff could have been kinder and less "straight forward." The lady who checked me in, who I also ran into later in the hallway, was not the most personable employee. But maybe she was just having a bad day. It happens to all of us.

El personal cero empatico mirando feo me isiwron perder dinero por que cuando llegue me dijeron que mi reserva no estaba! La cual llegue a las 4 am veníamos de un viaje largo y queríamos descansar ya me había hospedado en Nueva York con la misma gama de este hotel y nos recibieron en la madrugada sin problema pagando un extra por eso no había problema se paga! Pero aquí en lexingong fue horrible llegamos y el personal me dice que no existe ninguna reserva como iba tan cansada solo quería dormir al ver que me dice que no tenía mi reserva que ise reservé otro hotel la cual también me mal por que tenían los computadores malos 🤦🏽‍♀️ entonces ya cuando regres a este hotel había otro personal y la chica mirando feo de pies a cabeza le comenté la situación y me dice que si mi reserva si estaba más no podía hacerme el ingreso por qué estaban llenos los cuartos ok se entiende tocó esperar hasta la hora correspondiente pero mi rabia e impotencia es por que me dijo el otro chico que no tenía mi reserva y yo por tratar de solucionar busque otro lado me iso perder más de 200 dólares en otra reserva cuando mi reserva en este hotel si estaba estoy muy molesta por qué de paso le comenté a la chica que iba con mi perro de soporte emocional y que en el hotel anterior de esta misma gama no me cobraron pero ella no lo dudo ni me dio mucho tiempo de buscar el certificado si no me dijo te voy a cobrar igual luego que lo encuentres me lo pasas y te hacemos el descuento la verdad ya no busque ni madres me sentí pasada a llevar peor me sentí discriminada tal vez por qué íbamos muy cansados y nuestra apareciencia quizás no fue la mejor en fin me lleve un día muy desagradable gracias a este personal de este hotel donde hubo cero empatía la verdad ya no vuelvo a hospedarme aquí a sido mi peor experiencia y no lo recomiendo para nada! Y yo viajo bastante y vaya que e visitado un montón de hoteles y jamás en la vida me había pasado una situación así tan desagradable que no se la doy a nadie bye

I am very pleased with my choice of hotels. I needed peace and quite and definitely found it here.
Pros:

The room was spacious the bed very comfortable it was extremely clean and very quiet. The front desk staff were friendly kind helpful always asked if I needed anything. The breakfast menu was really good the food tasty.

Cons:

A different type coffee maker in the rooms. And a small microwave for those of us who eat in.
