Breakfast was good
Room smelled like smoke and had been covered up. Really noticeable to two non smokers. Bed wasn’t very comfortable

Room was very clean upon check in. Beds were also very comfortable.
Quality of breakfast could use improvement. It was not the presentation or way the food was prepared, but the quality. The only fruit was canned pineapple. Oranges or bananas would have been great. The only meat was very thin bacon and the yogurt was in a large bowl and not individually packaged. You were not told the flavor or sugar content. Overall our stay was very positive, but breakfast was a let down.

The room that we first got smelled like cigarettes,so we had to ask for a different room.
TV in the room was old, and picture quality was bad.
Mattress was old. You can tell by the indentations.
Spacious room
There was a $25 fee added to my bill for “incidentals” that was NOT expected. I was told the money was on hold. I also believe the price was higher than quoted online. Please be transparent with the cost!!

The bathroom was not clean, there was stuff on the floor and food in the sink in the bathroom.
The quality of the room exceeds my expectations, very roomy and well designed. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The night desk clerk was very professional and friendly. Kitchen staff did an amazing job at breakfast. They were very helpful and polite and the food quality was one of the best continental breakfast I've had. The location is great with multiple options for dinner and shopping near by.
I had originally requested adjoining rooms and received an email shortly after booking confirming that the property could arrange this at no additional charge. However, upon check-in I was told this request could not be honored due to my booking through Booking.com and the type of room I selected. I explained that I had already received confirmation that adjoining rooms were possible and that the rooms were identical, but I was interrupted by the front desk clerk and told “no.” When I asked about switching rooms to make adjoining possible, I was again told “no” and directed to “take it up with Booking.com.”
While not being able to accommodate my request was not the biggest issue, the dismissive and unfriendly attitude of the gentleman at the front desk was disappointing. Overall, I was impressed with many aspects of my stay, but the poor customer service at check-in left a negative impression. Because of this, I’m hesitant to return or recommend the hotel despite its many positives.
