The located
The bed was uncomfortable, the carpet was stained, the ac was loud every time it cut on and the tub was had mystery orange stains on the outside.

I liked the rate i got for the room, and the breakfast was hot where some places I have stayed it sits out.

Great location, friendly staff. Hotel needs overall updating, mattress was awful, room needs microwave, more outlets. Disappointed multiple ice machines not working. Slow operating elevators.

My room was not in good condition, very disappointed
The room was nice. We slept good.
We checked out of our room and went out to our car, which was only forty yards from the front door of the lobby. As we were loading into the car, we noticed that our front passenger window was completely smashed by a large rock. We went back into the lobby and asked if we could use a vacuum, but they didn't have any cordless vacuums. We called the police to make a police report because there were cameras pointing right at our car. The staff said that the manager was the only one who could look at the camera footage, but she wouldn't be there until 10:00 am to check the cameras. We called the hotel multiple times and emailed the manager to ask if anything was seen on the cameras, but we have not heard back from the manager at all. This is not acceptable at all.
Room accommodations were above and beyond. Excellent setup. Mattress and pillows were exceptional. Excellent. Front desk staff were top-notch! Absolute five-star guest experience from this staff! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Super value.
