The rooms were neat and clean - bathrooms could have used a little more deep cleaning on the floors for cleanliness in corners . We felt safe and cozy in our room . The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Who wouldn't want to stay in good size, nicely appointed studio apartment. It's close to the highway and to every chain restaurant I know of.
Dog friendly was not important to me but to my son who also stayed.
Included breakfast was substantial!!

Pros:

I've stayed at this property several times while visiting my daughters who attend school in nearby Troy. The location is excellent with many shoping and dining options with a 2 mile radius. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
The only issue I had this time was with the shower handle in our bathroom that continued to be dislodged.

general manager helped so much and was so friendly. breakfast is always delicious. not a better back yard area. pool is always clean. 24/7 starbucks coffee. have been here many times during saratoga and have always had a great experience. manager very very helpful, staff was wonderful. make sure you tip, stop being so cheap. staff works hard.
