The hotel looked nicer outside of the room, although the room was big and spacious. Looked dirty.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. A lot of nice choices.

Cons:

Not very clean seemed like they just sprayed a lot of disinfectant. Dust on fans about an inch thick. Bedding had what looked like blood on it. We had to ask for new bedding. Dirty floors.

Pros:

מלון נקי, נוח, מסודר, צוות שירותי. חדרים גדולים מאוד. הגענו לשם בחצות, לאחר טיסת לילה, מרחק של כ- 5 דקות משדה התעופה. יש למלון שירות שאטל בחינם (צריך להתקשר).
יש בלובי עמדת קפה, עוגיות ומים. מומלץ מאוד לאחר טיסה.

ארוחת הבוקר טעונה שיפור.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Pros:

We are visiting from WI for a college tour. Matthew, Jasmine, Liz, June, Amelia, Sondra and Caitlyn gave us rediculously fabulous customer service! From arrival with no reservation to breakfast, the the cleanliness to giving us a ride to the airport, this was one of the best hotels I’ve been to in years! Smiles and happy employees. I hope college works out so we can utilize this hotel again. Keep up the great job everyone!!!

Good hotel to stay at during our road trip.
Pros:

We stayed here overnight on our trip through New England. It was a nice hotel. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The front staff was very nice and gave us suggestions on where to eat. The water pressure was good and we had plenty of towels. The breakfast was also good and well stocked. Our only hiccup was that there was a pull out bed and the bedding was not in the room. We had to go down and get it. Otherwise, it was a good place to stop and we would stay here again.

Great Experience
Pros:

Great hotel. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and highway. Every member of the staff is warm, friendly and very attentive. Comfortable rooms. Highly recommend it. We will be returning.

I will be staying at more Homewood Suites in my future trips.
Pros:

Possibly the best free breakfast offering I’ve experienced. Fruit was fresh, and the menu choices plentiful.
The pool and hot tub were clean and a great temperature- I don’t care for lukewarm hot tubs!!

Cons:

My only issue was the fact that the hotel is on a very busy road- trying to get to the restaurants on the other side was stressful. And none of the crossing signals work!

Terrific for a family gathering, including my dog.
Pros:

Love that I could connect with 2 other couples to BBQ & enjoy a meal
Together in the great room. Continental breakfast was varied & plentiful.

Cons:

Uncomfortable mattress
Pros:

I am a loyal Hilton Honors member and came here for a family long weekend trip. The room was of the quality I expect from Hilton with one exception. The condition of the mattress was unacceptable. It was very thin and lumpy, not like most hotel mattresses. It was not even comfortable to sit on, let alone sleep on. I had difficulty sleeping and woke up with a sore back. The front desk personnel, Jasmine, was very helpful and assigned us another room. When we went to check it out, the mattress was of the same quality. This is not a personnel concern, but rather one that needs to be addressed by management. I expect quality sleeping conditions from Hilton and will change to another brand should this happen again on my next scheduled trip in 3 weeks.
