Overall good experience including breakfast and room dining
Pros:

Good clean property in good location

Cons:

Lift not available in the evening for guests to go from Reception ( 1st floor) to Ground floor. You have to use Stairs to go down & the exit is locked from outside & security doesn’t all entry or exit to ground floor lift. It is very inconvenient for elderly persons

Had very bad experience that with ITC group staff was below the expected not going to stay or recommend to anyone.
Pros:

Apart the location nothing was good the staff and the cleaning was way below the standard of ITC group

Average property - excellent staff
Pros:

Staff was prompt, polite and eager to assist. Especially in the restaurant.

Cons:

Had opted for the garden suite, however the door and curtains were jammed for some reason.
Also most channels were not subscribed.. had to watch FIFA World Cup match on phone.
