Pros:

This Courtyard was a good value and is located in a good spot. That's all the positives I can say.
Our stay was frustrating dealing with housekeeping, the front desk staff, and the horrible air conditioning in the room.
We found ourselves constantly having to ask for housekeeping to come by each day to empty our trash and give us new linens. Everyone is not comfortable reusing the same towel and wash rag they used yesterday, front desk!
Upon checkout, I waited in line for 20 minutes to turn in my keys while the front desk clerk flirted with the three men she took FOREVER to check in!
The air conditioning in the room was horrible!
I will never stay here again, will not recommend this place, and will think twice about staying at a Courtyard in the future.

Good location & stay
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. Each stay was good. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. The room had good space. It is also located in a good area. Almost everything you can ask for is within a 5 minute drive. I would recommend this location.

Showers were dirty. Bed uncomfortable. Chair and table and white white stuck to it. Two thinks a purple snd yellow thing stuck to the ceiling. Cobwebs everywhere. A dirty rag in the shower snd a dirty one hanging up like it was clean. It it wasnt. Staff didn't do what they say they would. Place needs updated bad. I was told they had washer and dryer and it worked upon arrival it was out of service. Staff dont do what theu say there gonna do we were suppose to have house keeping come 2 times and a change of room. 4 times speaking with same person and nothing was done. I would not recommend.

Ant Infestation
Pros:

The location of this facility is perfect because it is close to I-95 north and south.

Cons:

This visit was very uncomfortable because a few hours into my stay, I notice that the room was riddled with ants! The infestation was everywhere! They were crawling on the wall in the bathroom, crawling on the floor near the trash can in the bathroom, and on the desk with the TV. I didn't notice this until after I ate my dinner and decided to clean up. The ants were so bad that I felt uncomfortable and I left the property early. I was utterly disgusted and was uncomfortable, so I left the premises.

Don’t stay there with a pet
Pros:

The location was right off I95 which made it very convenient. The facility was clean and fairly well kept.

Cons:

I did not like that they tried to charge me $125 (the cost of the stay) to register my dog. It was egregious. I had to negotiate the cost and then the person behind the desk seemed annoyed by it. Most places charge $50 at most.
