The hotel exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

The receptionist Ms. Evelyn was very hospitable. She also gave us lots of information about places and restaurants we could try.

Cons:

I don’t feel we should have to go downstairs for extra towels when housekeepers are on the floor cleaning rooms. If it’s on the cart you’d think they’d give us some hassle-free.

Worst hotel experience ever
Pros:

Nothing worst hotel experience ever

Cons:

Website said pets allowed sign when you first come in said no pets yet heard several dogs in the hotel. We stayed for 4 days we didn't have hot water for 2 of those days. House keeping didn't clean our room. Nobody at the front desk to ask about when there will be hot water and are pets allowed. And didn't answer the phone when we tried to call the front horrible hotel experience

That I was charged a fee for a service dog . We didn’t have certification with us because we were moving from Oklahoma to NC. I thought I took care of everything online but the receptionist said it wasn’t so I had to pay.
