Komfortables Hotel mit gemütlicher Hotelbar
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, gemütliches und komfortables Zimmer. Besonders haben wir den Aufenthalt am Kamin in der Hotelbar genossen.Sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Die Beilagen bei den Hauptspeisen aber eher rudimentär. Laut Speisekarte war es auch nicht vorgesehen, etwas dazu zu bestellen.

Poor and not worth the money
Pros:

Staff weren’t very welcoming and helpful, felt like when I was staying there it was a case of looking down at me due to having a bike. Very snobby and didn’t meet the high end they were after. Breakfast was sub standard and coffee was awful when you can go up the road and have a great coffee. Don’t bother wasting your money on this.

Cons:

Pretty much above. The biggest one was far from humble and welcoming. Not friendly what so ever

La habitación y el buen servicio

Cons:

El desayuno era bastante pobre en comparación con otros hoteles. Tuvimos que pedir varias veces que sacaran pan, zumo, y otros huéspedes también pidieron. Creo que en vez de esperar a que pidiéramos las cosas hubiera sido mejor tenerlo preparado ya para todos. Pero por lo demás, todo perfecto

-Hotel ligt mooi in het Centrum van Granada,
-Auto werd netjes geparkeerd in parkeergarage
-Ontbijt prima

Cons:

Bij aankomst geen vriendelijk personeel. Ik voelde me niet meteen welkom.
Hotel wil chique lijken, maar slaat de plank mis op verschillende dingen

Enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The outside courtyard was lovely. The breakfast was good and the tall gentleman on reception very pleasant.

Cons:

Thought it was a nice property in its day but seriously needs refurbishing. It was clean but just dated.

Klassieke luxe in centrum Granada! Absolute aanrader.
Pros:

Mooie, comfortabele inrichting. Centraal gelegen in autovrije straat. Vriendelijk en dienstvaardig personeel. Super uitgebreid ontbijt. En voortreffelijk restaurant voor een rustig diner ter plaatse.

Cons:

Enig puntje van voorzichtige en egoïstische kritiek: de lounge bleek op zaterdag namiddag een fel gewilde plek voor de plaatselijke families. Hun luidruchtige aanwezigheid verstoorde mijn geplande leesplezier nabij de knusse haard. Erg positief was dan weer dat het personeel er over waakte dat deze plaatsen nabij de open haard werden gereserveerd voor de hotelgasten.
