shower in bathroom and hot water to be improved, other things are ok. breakfast is very good. smoking smell is there in grader, may be restricted, will be problem for ladies.

Good food, Good People, Good Life
Pros:

It was a wonderful stay at the Park Plaza Hotel. Great hospitality, good environment and great customer service.
Tamilarasan, Raja, Sandiya, Sreeram the employees working there assisted us throughout and took great care of us. Food was amazing felt like home.
It was indeed a pleasant stay when yoh have good people working around

Best experience. I visited with my family and kids. Very accommodating service from all aspects. Good food and service at the restaurant, especially the breakfast, and the team – especially Raja and his team – were very accommodating. They assisted us to enjoy the meal, and more than that, he helped us with the baby food. Very welcoming and polite. Housekeeping were spot on. No matter how much mess my kids were making, they did their job excellently – again, very welcoming. And the front office team did a fantastic job too.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you all for the unforgettable experience.

Pros:

Noy value for money. Breakfast at best is average and bad at times front desk is unfriendly. house keeping does not exist extra bed and mattress is really bad

Great hospitality, great ambiance, should visit once and won't be disappointed.
Pros:

It was an amazing experience to be here as the staffs are really very helpful and very friendly and humble. Santhiya really helped me with my orders during the buffet. She was so sweet and nice. Even the managers here are very friendly and sweet spoken which I rarely experience in any other hotel stay. Overall the hospitality here makes you truly feel welcome. I would love to come here again.♥️
