Comfortable, Well Located, Accommodating Staff
Pros:

Staff were very kind, patient, accommodating and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and adequate. They provided bottled water daily and will clean your room if you do not put the sign outside the door. The breakfast is included and absolutely delicious! They have an espresso machine and the cappuccinos were surprisingly very tasty. They also have a modern gym and pool.

Cons:

I didn't like that you can't open the windows in the rooms. Ventilation is limited and causing some mold growth from the AC vents. I also didn't like how they made a couple of Indian women get out of the pool because they didn't have a western bathing suit. Rather, they were wearing clean leggings and a t-shirt. I think they should accommodate women who are maybe not used to or do not have access to western bathing suits. Furthermore, I saw an Indian man in the pool with a normal t-shirt and shorts and he was not asked to get out of the pool.

Great Stay at Park Plaza Chennai OMR
Pros:

We had a wonderful one‑night stay at the Park Plaza. The hotel is located on the main road to the airport, making travel really convenient. It’s also in a great location with plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding somewhere to eat was easy. We received a warm welcome on arrival, including a complimentary welcome drink - a lovely touch after a long journey.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating throughout our stay. The front desk even let us use their computer to check in for our flight, which was incredibly helpful. We appreciated the complimentary water in the room and the afternoon tea with a nice selection of snacks. We also enjoyed spending time by the pool - a perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, Park Plaza offered comfort, convenience, and excellent service. For a one‑night stay, it was perfect. We’d happily stay again!

Honestly, nothing stood out as a negative during our stay.
