Helpful friendly service by Santhiya and good quality food

This hotel is amazing! This is our second time staying here, and we will stay here every time we’re in Chennai. From the reception to the rooms and the restaurant, everything is exceptional and done with care.
Such a great experience overall.
From the moment we stepped in we felt like home. The staff at the reception are so kind and welcoming, making sure everything is to our liking.
Our favorite thing about Park Plaza OMR is the staff.
In the restaurant, everybody is so friendly and kind, while still keeping a high level of professionalism.
They are all so capable and hard working.
We enjoy talking to them.
We would like to mention Ariska and Upasana by name, they always take such great care of us.
There are others, because all of the staff is really nice, but I don’t know everyone’s name, and I feel bad about that. I have to learn all of them.
It’s nice and refreshing to see everyone putting so much effort into making our stay so enjoyable. Here, you see the managers who actually care, room service that is always friendly and the whole atmosphere is generally relaxed and happy.
I have to mention that my husband and me travel all over the world and stay in a lot of hotels, and this is our favorite.
We are really thankful to everyone for treating us so well, and so happy we chose this hotel for our stays.

Experience was great loved the environment, ambience of Park Plaza.The hotel staff was truly wonderful. One of the staff members name "Ariska"was especially kind, helpful, generous, and polite. We genuinely enjoyed talking to her, and our conversations with her made the experience even more memorable.

It was a really good experience on the whole. Ms. Upasana was our waitress and she was very intiative and prompt in her work. She made sure we were comfortable and well attended to.
