Great Stay at Park Plaza Chennai OMR
Pros:

We had a wonderful one‑night stay at the Park Plaza. The hotel is located on the main road to the airport, making travel really convenient. It’s also in a great location with plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding somewhere to eat was easy. We received a warm welcome on arrival, including a complimentary welcome drink - a lovely touch after a long journey.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating throughout our stay. The front desk even let us use their computer to check in for our flight, which was incredibly helpful. We appreciated the complimentary water in the room and the afternoon tea with a nice selection of snacks. We also enjoyed spending time by the pool - a perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, Park Plaza offered comfort, convenience, and excellent service. For a one‑night stay, it was perfect. We’d happily stay again!

Honestly, nothing stood out as a negative during our stay.

Staff was extremely good and caring. They attended swiftly and provided as per the requirement.
Location was Good.

The best thing was Afternoon Tea and light snacks provided to all guests which uually is available only for Executive Floors, worldwide.

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty Average when compared to a 5* Hotel. It actually resembles average in comparison to some 4*. Choices of spread were not carefully made. Almost no selection of breads / pastries/ cakes etc. Crossaints were too cold to eat. Bread Toaster was very much below average, cannot be compared to an everage household. Dosas were made thick and hence tasteless. Parathas were below average. Sambhar could have been better. Almost all food items except Sambhar were cold when brought from Inside.
Overall, below Average compared to the Star Rating.

The rooms are very good and comfortable and so is their breakfast. Interiors of the hotel beautifully done.

Cons:

The bathroom is not that good. For elderly people and people with arthritis, there should be a mug, a bucket and a plastic chair so that they don't trip and fall. No proper place for keeping the soap.

I am currently staying at Park Plaza OMR, Chennai, and my experience has been truly wonderful. The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere, and the cleanliness is excellent. The rooms are always neat, clean, and well-maintained, which makes the stay very comfortable. I would especially like to appreciate Murga Nandi for his outstanding service—he is very helpful, attentive, and always ensures that my room is cleaned properly as per my request. We been staying in the hotel for the past 7 days, Upasana from Oasis Restaurant is very kind,polite,service focused and does the service with a pleasant smile and that is what everyone's looking for in the service even on busy hours. Pros:

The service was excellent, we had a great time during our lunch hours and dinner hours specially because of good service from Upasana. She is very kind and helpful, greeted us very well and also did an excellent service recovery. She smiles while serving and also ask for further assistance if we need anything else , so this is something we look forward too in a customer facing role. Overall food was also good 10/10 service and accommodation.

Lovely, clean and customer service was their priority!
Pros:

Loved the staff! They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. They upgraded us to a more spacious room which we are super grateful for. The room service was good, food was great!!

Cons:

The spare bed provided was a little uncomfortable as it folded in on itself during the night. Apart from that it was excellent and would definitely recommend 🥰
