Pros:

El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada. El staff es muy amable. La piscina frente al mar es muy atractiva.

Cons:

Siento que deben remodelar los baños. Las regaderas son super bajitas. El sanitario no estaba funcionando muy bien.

Pros:

Instalaciones tradicionales pero cómodas y limpias, acceso a la playa y buena ubicación del hotel cerca del malecón y lugares concurridos. La habitación aunque no era con vista al mar era muy cómoda.

Cons:

La atención del personal de cocina tanto de la parte del restaurante como de playa fue pésima! No querían atendernos, tardaban demasiado y hacían comentarios nada agradables. La comida y bebidas no están buenas.

La ubicación esta excelente, las habitaciones cómodas y la piscina climatizada

Cons:

la comida fue pésima, las tostadas de ceviche tenia sabor a refrigerado y la hamburguesa sabia mala la carne, y en todo momento los meseros estaban platicando al fondo de la barra y cero atención

Pros:

Todas las zonas limpias y buenas instalaciones

Cons:

No hay buena atención por parte del personal, no son amables y tratan a los huéspedes como si fueran ladrones. Adicional cuando ingresaron hacer limpieza en la habitación se nos perdió dinero. La comida del restaurante no es buena.

Stay at this hotel was mediocre.
Pros:

The location is great; it is right on the beach and near the malecon.

Cons:

The staff was mixed with great people willing to help, while others were not generous with their time. There were rules for everything. I didn't like that they limit beach access from 8am to 8pm. They close the gates and you have to find another way in. They are very strict with the beach towels and will charge you 15 US dollars if you keep them overnight. Beach towels are available from 9am to 9pm. So if you want to swim early, you don't have a towel. When asked for extra bath towels, they didn't want to give me extra towels. I would go out to swim at 7 am, and the gates were open and the beach chairs were set up; however, the security guard asked us and other couples to remove ourselves from the seats because they were not available till 8 am. The security guard is going around taking pictures; they may or may not include you. I did not appreciate that. The location was great, for it was right on the beach. They have beach chairs, not beach beds, so it's a matter of what you prefer. Umbrellas CANNOT be moved to accommodate you. You can move the chairs around the shade of the umbrella, though. So if there are more than two persons, you will struggle to stay in the shade, and they will not add another umbrella. Other places do.
