Pros:

Vi fick rum med havsutsikt.
Bra restaurang på hotellet, där åt vi middag en gång och frukost två gånger, skapliga priser för att vara på hotellet.
Hotellet har beach-access med gratis stolar och parasoll.
Finns en liten supermarket snett över gatan. Gångavstånd till restauranger. Lite längre promenad om du vill gå till El Malecón, vi föredrog området runt hotellet.

Cons:

Lång incheckningsprocess som kändes onödig.

La pesima actitud hacia el cliente de todos los trabajadores con excepción de la recamarera.

1. Rente dos cuartos y solo me quisieron dar una llave por cuarto. Super ridiculo especialmente porque éramos varios adultos.

2. Pedí toallas extras y me dijeron nuevamente que no. Porque son limitadas por cuarto. En mi vida había escuchado tal cosa en otros hoteles.

3. No te dejaban escuchar música en el área de la alberca.

4. En el restaurante asta porque pedí un popote y vaso con hielo se molesto el mesero.

5. Muchas cosas más.

Mucho personal que labora ahi no les puedes preguntar algo porque contestan de mala manera, pesimo el servico de varios empleados, el precio de las habiataciones esta muy alto comparado con el servicio, y las instalaciones, Un guardia de seguridad pesimo a el tratar con los turistas, de hecho parece que el favor te lo hacian a ti cuando el favor espara los dos , yo tengo habitacion y ellos tiene trabajo, te tratan como si siempre fuera a ver turistas en ese hotel, el precio muy alto no vale la pena, despues no se quejen si les pasa lo mismo que en Tulum

Cambio de administración y poca flexibilidas.

El personal es muy amable y el hotel muy cómodo muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

Cambiaron la administración y hay muchas restricciones que no tienen mucho sentido en hospitalidad, como que te presten un cuchillo, hemos ido por an̈os y en esta ocasión en repetidas ocasiones el personal de muy buena manera, nos decian que no tenian permitido eso, se volvia algo incómodo ya que era un lugar muy cómodo para estar.
