Great, olderbbeachside hotel

Being on the beach, hearing the sounds of the waves and night. The AC was excellent

Cons:

It’s deteriorating — in the pool, tiles are missing. The pool is also dirty and waiters rarely come by. The systems are very old-fashioned and paper/based. towels are also paper-based, and if someone loses the paper, it's big trouble. when you check in, it takes forever and if you want to order a drink and put it on your tab, you need you to go back to the front desk to set up a tab then back to the restaurant. There are absolutely no servers on the beach. They all stand around and chat and don’t wait on anybody.

Is beautiful, but I ask for 2 rooms together and they give me very far away one each other and I don't like it because we have kids so they separate the family, so I don't like that ,they have rooms empty close to me but they said to give one off those rooms I have to pay a lot more money And I said why I have to pay more if When I do my reservation I ask for the rooms together or close ,,but they said is you didn't do the reservation right,

Las instalaciones, el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Tuve mala experiencia, pero no tuvo que ver con el hotel pero si un colaborador lo recomendó y hasta fue muy insistente para comprar comida en un lugar cercano y la verdad muy mala la experiencia. Tienen mucho mejor restaurante ustedes.

Fun in the Sun
Pros:

I love the hotel's dual swimming pools that are situated right on the beach. A person can easily spend hours there while an attentive staff tends to one's food and beverage requests. If lazing in the sun -punctuated by refreshing swims- is your thing,
look no further.

Cons:

The reception staff operates in a businesslike fashion, adhering to every rule and regulation and piece of paperwork without smiling much. Checking in and out is tedious as well as an affront to cash-carrying customers who would appreciate a bit more courtesy. I've stayed there many times and the front desk is invariably annoying.

Las pisinas estan excelentes, las habitaciones que tienen con vista al mar estan bien la playa también me encanto

Lo que no me gusto fue qué llegué a las 15hrs para realizar mi check in y me tuvieron esperando 1 hora y 30 minutos para entregarme mi habitación se juntó la gente en recepción y nos tuvieron esperando mucho tiempo dado que el Hotel tiene un horario para entregarte la habitación creó que si se necesita mas organización con los check in aparte que estas esperando y hace mucho calor

Breakfast was good. I wished that the breakfast hours were extended a little longer.
