Nakoľko ide o trojhviezdičkový hotel, základné štandardy boli splnené a pobyt bol celkovo príjemný. Extrémne príjemný profesionálny zdvorilý a ochotný personál za čo im patrí obrovská poklona.

Cons:

Fotografie hotela pôsobia veľmi lákavo a interiér je na nich prezentovaný v peknom svetle. V skutočnosti je však na niektorých častiach, najmä v sociálnych zariadeniach, viditeľné prirodzené opotrebenie. Menšia obnova alebo modernizácia by určite prispela k ešte lepšiemu celkovému dojmu.

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I also appreciated the mini-fridge in the room.

Cons:

No air conn because of the time of the year (early May). While the weather was very pleasant in Alicante, my room was hot and stuffy. They gave me a fan for my room which helped a lot but I had trouble sleeping.

Hotel je velice čistý ,personál perfektní milý a vždy nápomocný (slečna,která pracuje v jídelně naprosto dokonalá a milá a všichni recepční včetně Marcose Morena,úžasní milý a vždy nápomocní)Pokoj čistý každý den probíhá perfektní uklid.Hotel je na skvělém místě pár minut od zastávky odkud vám jezdí každých pár minut autobus do centra.Muzete dojít i pěšky na nádhernou pláž San Juan.Okoli hotelu ciste ,bezpečne se spoustou kaváren,restaurací a obchodů.

Ok for an overnight stay. Don’t think we would go back.
Pros:

Central and although very awkward there was under ground parking. The parking took some serious manoeuvres 😅

Cons:

We had cockroaches in the bathroom and we told a member of staff.
