La habitacion muy bien, la cama muy amplia y comoda.

Cons:

Que no hubiera ascensor del parking al hotel, porque hay que subir las maletas a pulso.

Cuabdo llegamos a la habitacion estaba plagads de misquitos ,habia como uns nube de misquitis ,esta ubicado cerca del rio .
La cama y el techo estaba llena .
Les dijimos que viniesen a ver y nos csmbiasen de habitscion o fumigasen .
La chica decrecepcion amable nos dijo qye no tenia mas habitaciones ,era verdad
Que rlla ers testigo que alli no podriamos dormir ,parecia la jungla .
Nos aconsejo reservar en un hotel cercano y que nos drvolverisn rl dinero de la reserva obviamente .
A las 23: 50 rrcpjimos maletas y pagamos con suerte un hotel cercano .
Ellos al dia siguiente dijeron que de reembolso nada que estaban cerca del rio y si abrias ventanas podian entrat los mosquitos.
Resumidamente despues de estar acomodados a medianoche tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento y recojer todo .
No hicimos uso de la habitacion porque los mosquitos picaban que daba gusto .
Wue conste que tanto la camarera del restaurante como la recepcilnista fueron amables y dijeron descuide usted que lo estamos viendo.
Nuestros responsables lo soluciobaran .
Segun ella abrimos ventana ,cosa incierta .
Que aun si se abren ventanas ,alli no pone prohibidp abrir balcon salvo plaga de mosquitos.
Esto no quedara asi .
Hablare con quirn tenga que hablar .

La atencion del personal y la ubicacion

Cons:

El mobiliario. Falta de placard y mesas de luz adecuadas. No hay donde guardar ropa, solo un percheto metalico con un solo cajon muy incomodo y dificil de abrir.

La ubicació i el berenar del matí.

Cons:

La finestra de la meva habitació està aferrada al una sortida d'aire i feia molt de renou, i, a més, no tanca bé. Al recinte de la dutxa fa molta d'olor a canonades (tot i que s'ha de dir que la instal·lació sembla nova i l'aigua té bona pressió). No hi havia forma d'apagar l'aire acondicionat.

L'emplacement est idéal. Et la vue depuis le balcon est superbe.

Cons:

La chambre est très petite. Le restaurant était fermé et nous n'avions pas été mis au courant. Il est dit qu'il y a un système de Chromecast sur la TV mais cest faux. L'hôtel et globalement bien mais pour un 4 étoile nous nous attendions a mieux.

Heel mooie ligging, prachtig uitzicht op de stad, vooral vanaf het dakterras. Goed bed, mooie inrichting. Vriendelijk onthaal.

Cons:

Water liep uit de douche met de deur dicht. Koffie, suiker etc was niet aangevuld in de kamer, wel snel opgelost door de receptie. Ontbijt was goed maar we misten een beetje spek, vooral veel focus op zoet Ontbijt. Zwembad goed maar geen ruimte om om te kleden en geen badjassen op de kamer... vreemd

Good value for money with wonderful view
Pros:

The view from the hotel is beautiful with castle and the river in front of the hotel, particularly from on-top roof taught by hotel staff (by fellow citizen by chance). We were able to see the castle lighted up during night time. Location is very good, just 10 - 15 minutes to the heart of castle area. And the hotel has a private underground parking, secured and spacious.

Cons:

Facility in the room was not so modern. One disappointing thing was the shower was not strong enough.
