Pros:

The location is excellent, perfectly situated between the modern city center and the medieval cité. It's about a 10 minute walk to the medieval city and around 15 minutes to the city center, making it very convenient to explore both.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool and other amenities were enjoyable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a huge difference during the heatwave.

Cons:

Unfortunately, Room 309 is absolutely terrible. If you're assigned this room, I would strongly recommend asking to be moved.

The blackout curtains are too narrow for the window, allowing direct sunlight to shine onto the bed from early morning. During the summer, expect to be woken up around 6:30 a.m.

The room is also located directly beneath the restaurant. Until around midnight, you can loudly hear chairs scraping across the floor, tables being moved, and cutlery clattering, making it difficult to relax or fall asleep.

Très grosse déception d'autant que la réservation était pour mon père et non pour moi.
Pros:

le réceptionniste le premier jour qui nous a aidé à garer la voiture au parking en bloquant la route pour que l'on puisse rentrer en marche arrière sans avoir à refaire un tour de ville;

Cons:

Nous avons comme conseillé par booking réservé la place de parking. On nous a confirmé par téléphone que le prix était de 10€ par jour. Un parking privé est disponible sur place (uniquement
sur réservation) au tarif de € 10 par jour (texte booking), après avoir garé la voiture on nous annonce que le prix est de 25€
et non de 10€ que booking s'est trompé et qu'en réservant la personne n'a jamais indiqué 10€. Passer pour un menteur pas très agréable !!. Cet hôtel est plus d'un niveau 3 étoiles que 4 avec une décoration très foncée noire et mauve très foncée.

Fabulous location a balcony view is a must it’s stunning

Fantastic location we had a balcony with views of the castle it was stunning! Roof top terrace needs a little upgrading but views were amazing! Beds very comfortable.

Optimale Lage am Fluss
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man fußläufig sowohl auf das Château als auch ins neue Stadtzentrum möchte. Die Zufahrt zum Parkhaus ist gut beschildert. Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und originell, einmal gab es einen Tian Provençal, einmal eine Tortilla. Unser Zimmer war mit Kunstwerken dekoriert, unter dem Bett war Stauraum für die Koffer, am Nachttisch Ladedose für IT. Vom Balkon aus sahen wir einen Teil des Flusses und einen Teil des Château. Von der Dachterrasse und dem Restaurant ist der Blick optimal. Lockere Atmosphäre, stylischer Anspruch, Zielgruppe junge Leute („digitale Nomaden“), Kundschaft war allerdings gemischt.

Cons:

Wir hatten nur einen halben Blick aufs Château, obwohl andere Zimmer mit besserem Blick verfügbar waren. Unser Zimmer war sehr eng, sicher auch wegen der dunklen Wände (dunkelgrau, schwarz, orangerot). Das Bett ist (wegen des großen Stauraums) sehr hoch, kleine Personen müssen hinaufklettern. Die Leselampe ließ sich nicht nutzen, da sie nicht verstellbar war. Die Türen haben gequietscht. Wir hatten bei 2 gebuchten Nächten sicher nicht eines der besseren Zimmer, obwohl Comfort-DZ gebucht. Die Dachterrasse ist als Rooftop-Bar angekündigt, ist jedoch nur eine kleine Plattform mit ein paar Plastikwürfeln zum Sitzen, über eine Treppe kann man sich mit Selbstbedienung an der Bar im Restaurant einen Stock tiefer Getränke holen. Alle Getränke und das Restaurant-Essen mussten wir direkt bezahlen, konnte nicht aufs Zimmer gebucht werden. Vom Parkhaus gab es keinen durchgehenden Aufzug, Koffer mussten über eine Treppe geschleppt werden. Die Realität hinkt dem Anspruch hinterher.

les photos ne corresponde pas à la réalité,
les chambres, la terrasse publique, le parking etc.. tout est minuscule

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la cité de Carcassonne.
Il y a une belle vue de la cité depuis l'hôtel.
La climatisation au vu des chaleurs fort agréable.
Lit confortable.

Cons:

La déco est vraiment sombre, on se sent parfois étouffé. Le parking a augmenté de 10 euros par jour lors de notre arrivée on est passé de 15 euros a 25 euros par jour ce qui est énorme.
