Pros:

Il y a une piscine avec vue sur la cité médiéval de Carcassonne

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de frigo dans la chambre, il faut réclamer une deuxième carte, qui n'est pas fournie automatiquement, quand on est en couple, et il n'y a pas constamment quelqu'un à l'accueil. Ces services sont habituellement fournis dans les autres 4 étoiles que nous avons fréquentés.

Nel complesso abbiamo avuto un soggiorno piacevole. La colazione è buona e le camere sono pulite e ben tenute. Un aspetto che andrebbe sicuramente migliorato è la pulizia della zona d’ingresso dell’hotel e degli spazi immediatamente esterni, che avrebbero bisogno di maggiore attenzione. Nel complesso una buona esperienza, con qualche margine di miglioramento.

A familia e eu reservamos dois quartos, por ser Hotel que aceita Pets, um dos quartos estava cheiro ruim !!

Pros:

部屋、及び屋上のテラスからお城が見えて、非常に良かったです。駐車場は最初分かり辛かったですが、ホテルのすぐ前に入口がありました。ロケーションもお城へ向かう橋のすぐ近くでよかったです。
