Room conditions & outdated amenities don't match the level of care that staff work hard to provide.
Pros:

The staff was welcoming, really helpful, very friendly, and the best part of my stay. It's clear that they work incredibly hard to take good care of guests and do the best they can to ensure we enjoy our stay.

Cons:

The room was really cold, and the thermostat didn't seem to work. I was unable to regulate the temperature in the room which made my stay very uncomfortable. The room was clean, but the linens need to be replaced. They can only be washed and reused so many times before they don't appear completely white or clean, and the threads are starting to fray. The hotel is reasonably priced for a quick stay, but management needs to invest a little more time and energy into making sure the facilities and supplies are maintained well.
