The location was perfect for our stay. The breakfast was as expected and the facilities were clean. The dining area could have used some cleaning as guests left (tables were dirty)

Cons:

I had to pay for parking? Never had this at a hotel before. Where did you think I was putting my car? Desk clerk was helpful but, we had a late check in...I called from my phone as instructed, I was standing by the glass door speaking to the desk clerk (she made eye contact) then told me to use the white phone provided by the door and hung up on me! Seriously? The $20 for incidentals? Nice way to nickel and dime your guests.

4 different sets of weights were missing wrong the exercise room.

breakfast was nice as always

Cons:

dirty pair of underwear left on closet floor by previous guest. lamp shade on desk was lined with some type of dried substance. trash left under the head of the bed. blood spot on one of the pillow cases. should have asked for different room but didnt notice most of this until third day of stay.
