Pros:

Close to where we were going

Toilet would not flush had to open the lid and pull up the handle to flush poor maintenance around facility

Nice place, quiet stay, but paid parking was an unpleasant surprise
Pros:

This property is conveniently located off Hwy 101, and is close to a variety of restaurants -- both casual and fast-food. The property is well cared for and staff were friendly. Check-in was simple (our stay was prepaid via Priceline) and speedy. Daily breakfast is very good, with a variety of choices from cold cereals, hot oatmeal, DIY waffles (both regular malted and banana bread flavors), eggs, protein (bacon, sausage), potatoes (roasted, hash brown patties), fresh fruit, yogurt, fresh baked pastries and muffins, bread and bagels, as well as coffee, tea, and cocoa.

Rooms are very spacious. The door to our room (204) binds a bit to the door frame making it a little difficult to open, but not a major inconvenience. Wi-Fi connection to the Internet is good.

The only disappointment here is a $7 per night charge for parking. It's not like they have a multilevel million dollar parking structure. It's merely the required paved parking lot that comes with operating a hotel. Charges like this should simply be built into the price of the room, not added as an "incidental" fee at check-in.

The room was dirty, the mattress was dirty, the bathroom had mold sprayed with bleach on it, there were sketchy people in the parking lot

it was fine
Pros:

Location was great since I was there to go to Graaton.

12 pm check out time was greatly appreciated

Cons:

1. I did not know that I would have to pay for parking

2. The shower was not good. It was about 7 ft between the shower head and the controls so you couldn't adjust the shower head unless you were 7 ft tall
