Отель довольно опрятный. В номерах чисто. Все необходимое имеется за исключением одноразовых принадлежностей.

Cons:

Сотрудники ресепшена ничего не объясняют. Списали средства больше заранее заявленных за номер. Два дня пытался разобраться, даже прибегал к переводчику на китайский, толку ноль. Только при смене персонала на ресепшене, объяснили, что удержали депозит. Хотя слово депозит и на английском Deposit. Хоть один бы сказал об этом. Больше было похоже, что просто хотели кинуть.
Были с коллегой, бронировали и заселялись в одинаковые номера, но сумма списания у него была выше, но никто так и не смог объяснить почему. Ужасное отношение, прикидываются что ничего не понимают. Напечатанный текст на английском также отказываются понимать, показывают, что ничего не поняли.

Pros:

Great hotel, clean and comfortable room.
Location was great, restaurants within walking distance.
Train station is just next to the hotel.
Most importantly, front desk and housekeeping staff were fantastic.
