Great location, hospitality level to be improved
Pros:

Great location, easy subway access, spacious rooms. Housekeeping on top of things! Room was very clean

Cons:

Rooms are not soundproof, doors close extremely loud, can hear neighbours talk. Some staff members are great hospitality ambassadors, but many need to be trained on standards one may expect from this establishment: support with luggage from taxi, have breakfast items all ready when breakfast opens, don’t yawn with mouth wide open when talking to guests and don’t pick your nose when standing outside smoking a cigarette next to the entrance. I would expect the management to be on top of this and correct this with training.

Bardzo funkcjonalny pokój, przestronne lobby, bardzo dobra obsługa recepcji.

Cons:

Słabe śniadanie, na zdjęciu deska wyschniętych serów którą zastałem 10 minut po rozpoczęciu śniadania więc były to sery z dnia poprzedniego, jak na hotel5* pozostawię to bez komentarza. Słaba komunikacja w jęz. angielskim.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay. The location is extremely convenient, with plenty of eateries nearby and easy access to the metro, which made getting around the city effortless. For the price and convenience, it felt very worth it.

The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and when I requested a one hour late check-out, the front desk agreed readily. I also appreciated that parcels were delivered directly to my room without issue.

The room was clean and well maintained. Noise levels at night were low, which I really appreciated. Water pressure in the shower was perfect. The lobby had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, elevator wait times were short, and overall operations felt well managed.

Cons:

There were a couple of minor inconveniences. The robot used to deliver online food orders was not working during my stay, so I had to head down to collect my food. The pillows were also a little too soft for my liking, so I had to stack two. The air conditioning was initially not turned on due to the winter season, and I was advised to open the windows if I felt warm. The room became warmer instead, but after I requested a fan, it was delivered quickly. The next day, the air conditioning controls appeared to have been replaced and worked fine. I appreciated the efficient service recovery.

Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely return.

Wireless device charger in the room would be a welcome modern update. Also the booking confirmation noted laundry facilities, but there are no self service machines, only drop off service.

Pros:

The room was generally comfortable and clean, with standard amenities that met basic expectations. While everything functioned as expected, the overall design and furnishings felt a bit dated and lacked distinctive character. The room did not feel as relaxing as anticipated and the hotel itself looks dated and decore unimpressive. However, location was very good, easy access to the famous Nanging Road tourist area. Overall, an acceptable stay, though the hotel experience was fairly average.

Pleasant stay but over the years this hotel is getting tired and falling behind.
Pros:

room - starting to get very tired. mini bar contents are minimal.
Breakfast - good selection, staff mostly didn't speak English and there was generally very little if any free seating.
Room Service menu - good choices. limited wine - usually not available.

Cons:

Ive been staying here for many years and feel that the hotel in general is getting tired and is falling behind its competitors. Breakfast seating was the biggest challenge. There simply isnt enough.
