Nie wieder Ibis Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage in Rosenheim war gut, 5 Gehminuten bis ins Zentrum

Cons:

Das Ibis Rosenheim ist das schlechteste Ibis Hotel, dass wir in Deutschland jemals gebucht haben. Baustelle im Hotel (Gang zum Zimmer), Baustelle vor dem Hotel (starke Lärmbelästigung), die Zimmer waren abgewohnt und schmutzig, die Beleuchtung im Bad teilweise defekt, Klobrille defekt, Tresor defekt, Gardinen halb abgerissen, inkompetentes Personal (Orginalton: Wenn der Tresor nicht funktioniert sollten Sie ihn lieber nicht benutzen), zuviel um aufzuzählen.
An den beiden Tagen unseres Besuches herrschten zudem Temperaturen von 35/36 °C. Keine Lüftung (zum Glück, auf dem Lüftungsgitter lag fingerdick der Staub, in jeder Zimmerecke hingen die Spinnweben von der Decke, keine Klimaanlage, schlafen bei geschlossenen Fenster unmöglich, bei geöffnetem Fenster aufgrund Straßenlärms in der Nacht auch nicht und morgens um 7 fiel man vor Schreck aus dem Bett wenn der Krach auf der gegenüber liegenden Baustelle los ging. Anstatt den Gästen bei dem Wetter wenigstens Mineralwasser zur Verfügung zu stellen, hat man Wasser (0,5 Liter) für 4,10€ die Flasche verkauft. Da wir Sonntags angereist sind, gab es an diesem Tag auch nicht die Möglichkeit woanders etwas zu kaufen. Zum Schluß kamen wir bei der Abreise nicht mehr aus dem Parkhaus (38€ für 1,5 Tage, weil die Karte nicht funktionierte. Kommt wohl auch häufiger vor, wie man uns mitteilte.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alles zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ein sauberes, ordenliches Hotel.

Pros:

Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Betten bequem. Zimmer und Duschbad sehr sauber. Lage des Hotels am Rande der Innenstadt hervorragend.

Cons:

Havalandırma yok, klima yok. Koridor tavanları açıkta.. Kablolar ortalıkta.. Odada buzdolabı, su ısıtıcısı yok. Temizlik 3 gün geçmesine rağmen yapılmadı.

Hôtel à éviter si vous roulez en deux roues et personnel pas concerné.

Cons:

l' Hôtel garde les places de stationnement devant l'hôtel pour son personnel, et le parking payant mis en avant par l'hôtel est interdit aux motos. C'est inacceptable car nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour la possibilité de se garer. Le personnel s' en moquait complétement et nous avons du trouver une solution par nous même.
