Disappointing
Pros:

Location was good, breakfast was also good. Staff in the breakfast room were particularly friendly

Cons:

We stayed for 4 nights in total and didn't get housekeeping once in out entire stay. Yes, we did raise it with reception. They said tomorrow someone will come, which never happened. We went with another couple and the same happened to them. We had to ask for new towels and toilet paper. We were not able to switch off the heating in our room which was very uncomfortable in the small room, which of course affects how good or bad you sleep. Breakfast was decent, lovely staff in the restaurant bit. Reception staff not so friendly, they didn't even look up or asked how everything was when we checked out (when I put my key card in the box). It's not even customer service, it's basic manners to say goodbye. Not a great experience overall in this hotel.

Top Lage - gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr leckeres Frühstück und sehr angenehmer Frühstücksraum mit schönem Wintergarten.

Cons:

Es war relativ warm, weshalb ich das Fenster geöffnet ließ. - Mein Zimmer war allerdings zur Straße und damit nicht ganz ruhig.

Pros:

Modern sauber im Zentrum
Ordentliches Frühstück
Preis Leistung stimmt

Cons:

Insgesamt macht das Haus ein etwas ab gewohnten Eindruck
Parken nur gegen Gebühr in der eigenen Tiefgarage, aber in 100 m Entfernung kostenlos am Straßenrand möglich
