Pros:

Das Hotel liegt recht zentral in Rosenheim.

Cons:

Allein die Anreise ist schon nervenaufreibend. Wir sind mit unseren Motorrädern angereist und hatten keine legale Möglichkeit zu parken, da das Hotel selbst keine Parkplätze hat und ausnahmslos alle (!) Parkhäuser in der Stadt Motorräder nicht erlauben. Nachdem wir nichts finden konnten, wollten wir beim Hotel anrufen um um Rat zu fragen, nur blöd, dass man gar nicht zum Hotel durchkommt, sondern von der KI Assistenz einfach weggedrückt wird. Beim letzten haben wir das Schild leider erst am Tiefsten Punkt der Einfahrt gesehen und letztendlich die Motorräder dort gelassen.

Nachdem wir angekommen sind, wurden wir beim Check-In noch mehr frech als freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass wir hoffentlich nicht im Parkhaus des Hotelpartners stehen würden. Sonst sollten wir besser gleich rausfahren. Naja. Im Zimmer angekommen hat uns dann der nächste Schlag getroffen, Löcher in der Badezimmertür, sodass man nicht mehr abschließen konnte. Generell abgeschlagene Stellen an Möbeln und Wänden. Überall Flecken aus nicht weiter definierten Herkünften… Das es keine Klimaanlage gibt, war klar, dennoch eher unglücklich bei knapp 35 Grad Außentemperatur.

Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal, das Frühstück gut, die Zimmer modern, werden zur Zeit wohl mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, was dringend nötig ist.

Cons:

Die büschelweise herumliegenden Hundehaare auf Sessel und Boden im Zimmer. Die hingen dann an uns dran.

La ubicación.

Cons:

No es normal que estén haciendo obras para poner aire acondicionado mientras estás durmiendo. Y realmente necesitan instalarlo porque el calor es insoportable. No se puede dormir, solo sudar.

Eigenlijk niet heel veel, behalve het ontbijt

Cons:

Geen airco op de kamer, toch behoorlijk benauwd met 33 graden en een kleine waaier die we hebben mogen lenen. Ook was het geluid van auto’s en vrachtverkeer zeer goed hoorbaar de hele nacht door veel geluid!

Pros:

Location was great. Staff were polite and helpful. 24 hour front desk service great. Handy foyer bar/coffee.

Cons:

No air conditioning, such a shame. Had to sleep with windows open to try to cool down rooms. Staff were able to provide small fan when requested which helped move the air around slightly

Pros:

Die Innenstadt.Viele verschiedene Lokale.Alles gut mit dem Fuß erreichbar.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und zahlreich an Auswahl.
Nur der Feueralarm hat sehr,sehr lange gedauert bis er aus war.Sogar die Feuerwehr hat ziemlich lange gebraucht um ihn auszuschalten.
Ansonsten war das Hotel ruhig.Auch die Lage war ruhig,obwohl es zentral gelegen war.

Cons:

Bei sommerliche Wärme heitz sich das Zimmer schnell auf.Ein Ventilator oder sogar eine Klimaanlage wäre für manche Zimmer nicht schlecht.

Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es eine Klimaanlage gegeben hätte. Tagsüber: Baulärm !

Frühstück war okay, besonders die Damen beim Frühstückservice waren sehr nett.

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Info , dass der Zimmerservice nur noch alle drei Tage kommt. Das ist nicht schlimm, ich hätte es aber gerne gewusst. Außerdem waren die Zimmer bei dieser Hitze unerträglich warm und bei geöffnetem Fenster keine Nachtruhe möglich
