Room was clean.

No gym. Didn’t have breakfast one day.

I never give a bad review on a hotel. The curtains were hanging broken and open. The hot tub was filthy and had literal pubic hair in it and all on the filter itself. When going to shower there was no water pressure and was nut sufficient for washing hair. The shower head and handle was ZIP TIED to the bracket. No phone in the room and they do not answer the phone to help solve any issues. This was without a doubt the worst hotel stay I've ever had anywhere.

I personally made and paid for my niece and her husband to spend three days here to help with funeral plans. First, no keys clerk had to use his key to open door, first night they said icemaker had to be cleaned, never was for three days. Was told truck never delivered breakfast, that excuse extended three days also. Sad time to get sad accommodations.Any or all of the $255.93 refund would be greatly appreciated especially now. Thank you.

The reservation was made on hotels.com and the hotel did not honor the reservation.

Do NOT stay at this location, not even the parking lot. Everything here is from the 70's and hasn't been cleaned or repaired since. We were given a free upgrade and it was filthy and broken, eve had a used bandaid on the top of the tub. Given another room and our shoes stuck to the floor. Opened up the bathroom door and had a roack party going on!

The lady at the front desk was nice and friendly the service was fast and easy had no problem with getting my room. I most def recommend Laquinta

The bathroom was short 2 sets of towels - room slept 4 - only had enough towels for 2.

Next morning at the breakfast bar the supplies of food was very low & many more people kept coming in for food to not have available cooked & on the trays

In a word, disappointing. No phone in the room, TV didn’t work, furniture looked like junk.the access door nearest my room didn’t work because the scanner was ripped off wall, so I always had to go all the way around through lobby entrance to enter. Needed ice but no ice bucket in room and the only ice machine in building was apparently broke, I could go on. TERRIBLE!

Complete dump, would not recommend this hotel.

When we first got there, we were not allowed to have a key because the key machine was broken and someone had to open the door for us every time we left the hotel. The cleaning lady was amazing in front desk really tried to make our stay great. There was no butter the next morning for my waffles which was devastating since I don’t use syrup lol the coffee was kind of bland. There was no tub stopper, and the lady told me just to stick a rag in it. But overall, the people made the stay great.
