Pros:

The staff was very kind & helpful ! I had a sleep over for my 9 year old and they were very polite and helped with making sure everyone was very comfortable! The suite was very spacious and clean it made the set up and clean up very easy ! Would absolutely stay again .

Bar was key - location was good, close to Liberty University but not really great restaurants near by.

Cons:

Slow to check in, no real sense of urgency (we were there for graduation).

Wonderful stay in Lynchburg!
Pros:

We liked the convenience of the location for the activities we were involved in with family . The room was clean and the shower was easy to use for older people. The restaurant was convenient later at night and the food was delicious.

The only reason we chose this location was it is still showing that it has a reasonable sized indoor hut tub with the indoor pool. Not only was the indoor pool to cold to even enter. There is no hot tub. The rooms lighting was terrible.

Overall great visit. The Staff was very friendly and willing to assist!

Cons:

Needed shower gel when I got into my first shower. I had just enough to get me half way through my first shower.... then I used the bar soap at the sink which makes your skin feel dry. Otherwise great visit.
