We are returning guests and it is always ok!
Pros:

Good value, convenient location, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Met 2 reception staff both were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Room well laid out/equipped and very clean. Beds very comfortable. (Did not stay for breakfast).

Cons:

The shower needs a brief explanation of controls - on/off etc.
