Pros:

Vor allem das Angebot für die Kinder ist spitze. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und sehr gut.

Cons:

wenn man was bemängeln will, dann dass die Kindersitze beim Essen im Hauptrestaurant etwas zu klein sind für die Tische. die Kinder sehen dann kaum was im Teller ist. Gilt aber wirklich nur für Kinder jünger als 2 Jahre. in Summe war das aber kein echtes Problem ;-)

Der Strand ist sehr schön, die Massage war auch gut, für die Kinder ein schönes Angebot.Das Essensangebot war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Bin mit meiner Tochter und Enkelin(4Jahre) eine Woche in diesen Kinderhotel gewesen.Leider hatten wir sehr starken Wind und es war sehr frisch.Mann hätte den Pool etwas mehr heizen können, im Rez-Bereich hat es extrem gezogen und unser Zimmer war extrem hellhörig, das war sehr unangenehm da wir über dem Theater geschlafen haben auch die Nachbarskinder haben Gas gegeben. Es ist halt auch ein sehr großes Hotel mit dementsprechenden vielen Kindern, aber ich würde die 4 Etage nicht empfehlen.Aber es ist halt ein Kinderhotel.Und das Bett unserer Enkelin hat extrem laut gequitscht.

A fantastic week!
Pros:

We stayed here as a family of four with a 3 year old and a 2 year old. The entertainment for them was brilliant, all the staff were super friendly and made us feel so welcome from the moment we entered the hotel. The food was great, we didn't find it repetitive and we stayed for just over a week. The restaurant had an area where the children could play safely while we finished our food which was great! The swimming pools were good, a little cold when the sun wasn't out but that's to be expected and it didn't stop us from using them. A fantastic stay and we're booking again for this year!

Все хорошо продумано для родителей - есть места, где развлечься ребенку как в ресторане, так и в других местах на территории отеля. Можно попросить детские принадлежности: кроватка, горшок, самокат…
Помимо всего, вечером разнообразные шоу и живая музыка.
Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый.

Cons:

К сожалению, вода в бассейне ледяная - это было первое разочарование. Был один подогреваемый бассейн, детский, так там было безумно грязно: вода мутная, на дне песок. Затем нам особенно не понравилась частота посуды в ресторане.
А однажды, когда нам это было особенно необходимо, в номере почему-то не убрались. В другие дни время уборки было довольно хаотичным: в 12, в 16…

Pleasant , friendly staff but does not cater for non German speakers well
Pros:

On the beach within 5 minutes. Rooms spacious and comfortable.
Staff very welcoming .

Cons:

Menu in one main restaurant was a little monotonous for a weeks stay but quality of food was good.
Really frustrated with the dominance of German entertainment when the hotel was busy with Irish, English, Scottish, Welsh, American , Dutch and French. Felt very unwelcoming in the bar for non Germans sadly.

Pros:

People were really nice, hotel was modern, clean and comfortable for a family of 4. Really good family friendly environments. Beach was really beautiful

Tolles AI Hotel mit direkter Strandlage mit sehr freundlichem Personal und gutem Essen
Pros:

Ich habe noch nie so ein nettes Personal in einem Hotel erlebt. Egal ob an der Rezeption, House keeping oder im Speisesaal. Alle waren wirklich immer gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Für uns als Familie war es zu laut, es war immer Programm, immer was los. Ich glaube aber, dass das vielen Familien gefällt, für uns war es zu hektisch.
