La comodidad, la limpieza y la ubicación son muy buenas
El elevador no llega hasta el estacionamiento, no entendí para que te hacen esperar a que el personal te lleve a la habitación si ni te ayuda a cargar equipaje.
El hotel es muy agradable y acogedor con una ubicación inmejorable.
En mi opinión faltaban algunas toallas y shampoos para la cantidad de huéspedes y tuvimos que solicitarlo.
La ubicación es lo que más nos gustó. Cerca hay todo tipo de comercios: farmacias, restaurantes, servicios turísticos, bancos, cafeterías, tiendas de conveniencia.

Tamaño del cuarto, trato del personal, no es tan bueno, no hay mesa de trabajo en el cuarto. Tienes que ir por tu kit para café,el olor de la cocina sube al cuarto.

Falto atención, pedimos azúcar y crema para café ☕️ y nos dijeron que no había, eso fue una gran desilusión porque todo el servicio fue excelente, solo este detalle con el encargado de la noche del día sábado, por esta persona echaron a perder la atención. Ojalá pongan una solución para ésto que es una tontería por ka cual no nos sentimos atendidos.

Location was perfect for exploring the historical centre of Pachuca, and as a base for tours outside of the city. There are many restaurants and shops and the local market in and near the zocalo where the hotel is located. There is also a popular restaurant in the hotel itself, especially for breakfast. We walked (10 min) to attend a Luche Libre show. The local bus depot is a 5 min walk away, where we caught a combi bus to visit Real de Monte (mine and town) and Hidalgo Magico (basaltic columns park). The trip to Tolantongo Hot Springs (fabulous) was a 2.5 hr scenic drive into the mountains each way, booked online and with pickup at the hotel. The main bus depot is a 15 min taxi ride from the hotel.
This is a beautiful historic hotel with a grand lobby and spacious, clean rooms. Drinking water (for refilling bottles) is available on the 2nd floor landing. We had a comfortable, quiet sleep. The front rooms, overlooking the clock tower and zocalo may be noisier on market nights. We highly recommend a traditional, historic restaurant very near the hotel, La Blanca. We also recommend taking the wooden tram for a tour of the city, which includes the Cristo Rey statue and geo-park viewpoint.
