Pros:

The room is spacious, big enough for a family of 4. And location is good, roughly 10 minutes walk to main attractions like the Falls, museams, and there is this great Turkish restaurant within walking distance as well.

Cons:

Been there several times and can not figure out how to work the television. A handle in the shower and a hook on the back of the bathroom door would be a bonus.small things can make a big difference.

Pros:

The room was simple but clean and spacious. The location was close enough to walk to the waterfall, and there were so many dining options nearby.

Cons:

We heard noise from other rooms — footsteps from upstairs and a large group chatting loudly. But other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Good value for the price.
Pros:

Good location (easy walk to the falls). Good value for the price. I chose it because they had the highest bookings rating out of my 4 choices around this price point. My final choice was down to this place and the Ramada next door. They didn't charge extra for parking, which is why I didn't take the Ramada next door that wanted $20+ for parking (which could be as high as $35 with taxes and fees according to their comments), even though the Ramada next door had an indoor pool. I also chose it because in the ads I saw the polished marble tile on the floor and bathroom shower walls, which was a nice touch. I liked the neutral colours on the walls and bed sheets. The room didn't look gawdy and dated like some of the other places online. The hallways had ceramic floor tiling, which looked better than carpet. Free coffee at the entrance.

Cons:

No pool like the neighbouring hotels like the Ramada next door, but no big deal--I didn't think the pool was worth the extra $35 I would have spent on parking at the Ramada.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, zu empfehlen
Pros:

Wir hatten das renovierte Zimmer genommen, welches auch der Realität entsprochen hat, es gab rundum Kaffee, nach Anfrage haben wir auch einen Wasserkocher bekommen, kostenloser Parkplatz

Cons:

Fenster können leider nicht geöffnet werden und das Zimmer und vor allen Dingen Fenster hätten sauberer sein können

The motel made our stay even more enjoyable.
Pros:

Friendly staff that remembered us from our last stay. Was surprised as they must see thousands of people a week.

Cons:

Location, cleanliness and they accommodated me with my disability by giving us a room on the first floor.

Amazing!
Pros:

Excellent location - 10-15 mins walk to cliffton hill. Hotel was really clean and rooms are all newly renovated with smart TV which was a plus point. Although they don't have in-room microwave, they have common microwave area which was very well-kept and neat. Room interior reminded me of class hotels in Asian countries very digital DND buttons, floorings and standing showers. We will be coming back to this hotel for sure.

Needs improving in Wifi speed.

Overall good.
Pros:

Its best stay, clean, staff was good. Parking also good, very near to skylon tower. Rooms and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

In night 12am to 3 am peoples were talking loudly in lobby so sleep got disturb many times.
