Very-pleasant experience, will stay here again!
Pros:

The low price set off warning bells, but we were pleasantly-surprised to find the motel very comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable, facility very clean, location was perfect, it allowed us to walk to the river within 20 minutes and the falls within 30.

Cons:

There could have been more-awareness of the external winter conditions: huge icicles above secondary entrance to the left of main doors. As the temperature was a bit warmer than previous days, the icicles were dripping on the mat outside the door; the risk of the icicles dropping and the slipperiness of the mat, should have encouraged the staff to lock this door and post a sign to warn guests of the hazards.

Also, and this might be due to the current renos, but it would have been nice to have one of the second floor's microwaves placed on the first floor, beside the coffee and vending machines.

Pros:

Clean and quiet motel.

Cons:

Plain and maybe a little too sterile looking. Didn't realize no elevator. We were on the second floor so not a big deal. But I'd hate to have been much older and trying to get suitcases up to the third floor. This is unless they do have an elevator but we did not pass one in our short trip to the stairs.

Very Solid and Inexpensive Place to Stay
Pros:

Was excellent value for the price. Had everything we needed for a solid stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent.

Cons:

The tile floor was a bit slippery in winter boots, maybe would have liked a floor mat in the front hall. A bit of noise from other guests at night but it wasn’t a big deal.

Decent
Pros:

I spent one night there. Clean spacious has Netflix. It was ok , bare bones decent staff and free parking which is rare in Niagara Falls, it was 67$ cdn for the night , I will stay again

Pros:

It was amazing! Out of all the hotels there, we found this one the most affordable. As we booked it at the last moment but found a decent room in good price at New year midnight.

We had a very comfortable stay. We found the staff very pleasant and accommodating .
Pros:

Very clean room, comfortable warm clean bed that does not itch or smell 👍.
Toilet is clean and no moldy smell . Love the tiles and bed, staff very friendly and pleasant .

Location was great and price reasonable !

Pros:

Clean room and building. Bed was comfortable and close proximity to casino.

Cons:

The hot water would not work in the evening. The room was in need of some updating and repair especially bathroom towel rack. The lock was a bit strange and you had to be careful that the door actually locked.

Perfect location and great value
Pros:

Great location to all of the amenties and walking distance to everything, good value I will definately stay there again. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

Rooms were well appointed and decorated but there was a concern about the tile in the batheroom being slippery
