Good sport for a few day visit to Niagara Falls.
Pros:

Good location, easy walk or drive to falls attractions.

Cons:

No coffee maker in room. Microwave available but on second floor. Made aware of those conditions prior to booking the property so it was not a surprise.

床和浴室都很好

Cons:

加个热水壶，能可包含普通式的早餐，那就很好👌！和浴室地砖能防滑，因为我儿子也滑了一脚！我也把他教训了！不要弄湿地毯，因为地砖有水的时候就不能防滑！必须注意！谢谢

Not worth the price. Strong cigarette smell.
Pros:

It is close to the famous tourist spots, within walking distance.

Cons:

Our stay was disappointing because the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The odor had seeped into the bedding and lingered throughout the night, making it very difficult for us to sleep, especially with our kids.
I went to the reception to report the issue. The receptionist was polite and friendly, but he acted surprised that the room smelled of smoke, even though he was the one who checked us in and had already come to the room to quickly spray it with air freshener. It felt like the problem was already known but was only temporarily masked instead of properly addressed. He gave me air freshener spray at midnight which I don't think helped.
A room with such a strong cigarette smell should not be assigned to guests, especially families with children. I hope the hotel takes this issue more seriously and ensures rooms are thoroughly cleaned and odor-free before check-in.

Very clean spacious very comfortable beds good location friendly staff good value for the price
nice towels basic amenities lots of easy to use tv viewing options drink and snack machines
microwave and kettle available if needed and fresh coffee by the front lobby at 6am

Cons:

Water pressure not great but adequate, room slightly musty because with window air conditioner no fresh air but temperature in the room was comfortable 2 nice dining chairs but no comfy seating needs more than 4 hangers
