Pros:

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr frisch, liess keine Wünsche übrig. Das ganze Hotel, auch das Zimmer und der Wellnessbereich war sehr sauber. Altehrwürdiges Gebäude, tiptop in Schuss gehalten.
Hervorragende Lage, Bushaltestelle in 200m zu Fuss erreichbar, Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.

Toller Kurzaufenthalt!!

Sehr gute zentrale Lage für Ausflüge zu Fuss oder mit dem Velo. Einer der schönsten Hotel Frühstücksräume!!!

Nichts, das Zimmer war so wie wir ausgewählt haben und das war ok.

In one word: PERFECT.
Pros:

Very good food, very nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff, superb SPA and wonderful atmosphere. And this in a perfect scenery with mountains and lakes all around.

Ottimo! Ci tornerò sicuramente!
Pros:

Hotel bellissimo, tenuto bene, ottima pulizia e super colazione! Al mio arrivo ho trovato anche tutto l’occorrente per il mio cane… dalla ciotola, alla cuccia, asciugamano e snack. Ho apprezzato molto!

Cons:

Forse l’unica cosa che vorrei far presente è che non sempre ho trovato personale che parlasse anche l’italiano. O tedesco o inglese.. però tutto lo staff è stato gentilissimo!

Belle région, bel hôtel, très bon accueil
Pros:

Très bel emplacement au centre du village, bel hôtel alliant traditions régionales et modernités. Très bon accueil et services durant tout le séjour. Chambre bien équipée avec toutes les facilités pour un hotel ****. Petit-déjeuner copieux et comportant pas mal de choix. Une belle nouvelle expérience (2ème séjour dans cet établissement).

למלון הזה מגיע ציון גבוה במיוחד בשל החוויה שהוא נותן לאורחים. צוות מסביר פנים ונעים. יש הרגשה שממש רוצים לתת חוויה טובה לאורחים. קיבלנו גם כרטיס חופשי להשתמש בתחבורה ציבורית וברכבלים בסביבה. יש קונצרט פסנתר כמעט כל יום בערב והמיקום של המלון מצויין.
שימו לב חלק מהחדרים מגישים רק באמצעות מדרגות ואין מעלית. חדר אמבטיה יחסית קטן וצפוף. אבל בהחלט מלון שווה

Ich konnte mich gut erholen von der Hitze in Basel, wo ich wohne.
Cons:

Die Beleuchtungen waren fast überall etwas schummrig. Lesen ist etwas mühsam. Aber das ist das einzige, was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat.
