Children from the age of 14 can use our wellness and sauna area as well as sports courses when accompanied by an adult. From the age of 16, there are no restrictions.

Für den Preis zu wenig Leistung
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich. Parken in der Tiefgarage vor Ort. Verschiedenen Wellness Angebote, ebenso leicht buchbar. Ruhige Lage und man ist schnell auf dem Ku'damm. Überdachter Außen-Fitnessbereich

Cons:

Preis Leistung: Zimmerreinigung könnte gründlicher sein. In den Regalen lagen noch Socken und ein Haargummi vom Vorgast, sowie hinterm Vorhang alte Zeitschriften. Wir hatten das Zimmer nur so gründlich angeschaut, da wir die Fernbedinung gesucht haben die nicht auffindbar war. Vom einem Sporthotel haben wir beim Frühstück mehr erwartet. Es gab kaum vegane Auswahl. Die allgemeine Auswahl war sehr gering und es wurde kaum nachgelegt.Die Nutzung des Fitnessbereiches war Aufgrund der hohen Frequenz nur eingeschränkt möglich. Für Menschen mit einer Köpergröße ab 1,90 m sind die Betten zu kurz.

Gute Betten.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat wenig Auswahl, recht lieblos.
Keine Umkleiden beim Pool. Man soll in Badekleidung über die Flure.
Inventar durch Wasserschäden gequollen.
Keine Handtücher im Poolbereich.

Tolles Hotel für einen Wellness Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kombination von SPA und Hotel ist hervorragend. Manche Gemeinde würde sich einen solchen Saunabereich und Schwimmbad wünschen.

Cons:

Auswahl auf der Speisekarte im Bistro ist etwas klein gehalten.

All in all very good value.
Pros:

The rooms have aircondition. The staff is very friendly. Hotel guests can use the gym, the swimming pool, and the sauna free of charge.

Cons:

There is no aircondition in the hotel restaurant. Not easy to find a personal point of contact in the gym for asking questions.

Rückerstattung erfolgte rasch.

Cons:

Keine Info per mail oder Anruf dass die Klimaanlage defekt ist. Ich musste auf eigene Kosten ein anderes Hotel suchen und auch den Weitertransport selbst bezahlen. Kein Getränk für die Wartezeit und das bei knapp 40 Grad. .

Sehr schlechtes Frühstück
Pros:

Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und die Zimmer großzügig geschnitten.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Bad war nicht so gegeben, waren noch Haare von den Vorgängern in der Badewanne und im Waschbereich.
Das Frühstück war wirklich mager, es gab zwei Sorten Käse und zwei Sorten Wurst, habe frisches Gemüse und mehr an Obst vermisst (gab nur Äpfel und Banane). Das Ei musste vorher bestellt werden und hat wirklich sehr lange gedauert....Wir haben über 20minuten gewartet und die anderen Tische die leer waren standen voll mit dreckigen Geschirr. Wir waren schon früh beim Essen, ca 8.30. Für den Preis sehr enttäuschend.

Ein gutes Hotel in toller Lage - Jederzeit wieder !
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, geräumig und top modern ausgestattet. Alles da, was man braucht. Klasse. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft auch gerne weiter. Ich konnte mein Gepäck noch im Hotel belassen, bevor ich abreiste. Ein toller Service, der nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Cons:

Das Frühstück sieht auf den ersten Blick gut aus, ist aber für ein Hotel dieser Klasse verbesserungsfähig. Die Auswahl ist etwas dünn. Vor allem frisches Obst (außer Äpfel und Bananen) für Müsli pp... wäre wünschenswert.

Sehr grosses Zimmer zum Hof mit 2 Einzelbetten.

Cons:

Das Bad hatte eine Wanne zum Duschen mit sehr scharfen Fliesenkanten. Die nasse Wanne war extrem rutschig.
