Children from the age of 14 can use our wellness and sauna area as well as sports courses when accompanied by an adult. From the age of 16, there are no restrictions.

Overpriced
Pros:

The omelet.

Cons:

I needed to cancel one of the two rooms I had booked a little over two weeks before check-in. Annoyingly, for cancellations, you need to send an email. Which is a bit ironic, because they can clearly take a reservation over the phone, but apparently cancelling one requires extra effort. Nonetheless a partial refund was denied.

The lady on the phone was quite rude for some reason - she had an attitude. After a poor connection cut our call, I tried calling back, but she deliberately ignored my calls. It was obvious she ignored the calls because right after our disconnection, the same receptionist suddenly couldn’t answer. I had to call two or three more times right after before she finally picked up, and spoke in a clearly distasteful tone. Some staff were clearly much nicer than others. So I may have been unlucky when I called

There are no outlets by the bed and you need to switch off lights at various points around the room (even cheap hotels have a centralized electrical switch panels by the beds). Don't get me wrong, I have light switches all over my home, but for a hotel at this price point, this is a bare minimum.

Despite booking two rooms for one person each, both rooms only had two twin beds, which made for an uncomfortable sleep. No rooms with queen or king-size beds were available at all at the hotel according to the front desk staff, at least not when I checked in. They did not make an effort to help me further. Again, for the price I paid, defintely not worth it - also, why would you put us in rooms with 2 twin beds (which you cannot push together) if you know there will only be 1 person staying in that room?

Breakfast selection is limited, to say the least, but the omelet was good.

For a hotel that prides itself on its spa and sports focus, which usually goes hand in hand with healthy eating, the fancy juice bowl was filled with cheap, sugary orange juice.

Given everything, I would never book this hotel again.

Gut für Städtetrip, Wellness lieber woanders machen
Pros:

Zimmer und Wellness- sowie Sportangebot waren gut.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend und extra Anfragen (ungesüßte Haferflocken) wurden erfüllt.

Cons:

Sportbereich gehörte zu einem öffentlichen Club, daher viel Durchgangsverkehr.
Der Wellnessbereich im oberen Stock lud nicht zur Entspannung ein - dazu lieber ein Wellnesshotel in einer ruhigen Lage (außerhalb Großstadt) wählen.
Katastrophe war das Bistro - das Personal war mit den Bestellungen überfordert und wirkte nicht geschult im Umgang mit Gästen.
