Unterirdisch und niemals zu empfehlen

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit - noch nie ein solch schmutziges Hotel gesehen mit diesen Sternen. Fingernägel und Speisereste im Küchensckrank, schmutziges Geschirr - eingetrocknet -, Urin und Feuchtigkeit unter dem WC, verdreckte Scheiben, herunter gerissener Vorhang, Spinnweben und Dreck in jeder Ecke …. Und so vieles mehr im Spa Bereich - in den Kursräumen …. Dazu noch Baustelle welche 7/30 morgens los ging und der Gast weder bei Buchung noch zig Email Kontakten informiert wurde dass es eine Baustelle im Hotel gibt. Nach Rücksprache: Buchung war im Mai da war dies noch nicht klar und es betrifft Sport und nicht das Hotel - die Lautstärke eben schon

Nice central hotel with great transport options.
Pros:

Located centrally for my excursions, using the hotel as a platform to relax.

Cons:

Room toward the street, at 2nd floor there were (a few) quite noisy cars loud and proud showing off their engines.
As I dropped my phone at some point (bedside table, and it slipped down behind the bed) i had a good look under the bed, and it was not a place that gets cleaned much.

Ok für einen Städtetrip mit Lage nahe Kudamm
Cons:

der Wellnessbereich nimmt viel Raum ein. Viele Gäste, die nur dafür ins Hotel kommen. Männerlastige Besucher im Wellnessbereich, was es für Frauen etwas unangenehm macht.
Das hier ist etwas im die habe gekommen.

Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel
Pros:

Das Design war schon sehr schön.

Cons:

Das teilweise offene Bad/zimmer, es gab keine private Atmosphäre beim auf Toilette oder duschen gehen beispielsweise. Nicht alle die dort zu zweit nächtigen sind ein Pärchen.

Und die zweite negative Sache ist, die zu langen Bettkanten, zumindest an den Ecken (könnte man abrunden). Meine Begleitung hat sich ständig die Schienbeine dran gestoßen, dass es teilweise auch blutige Wunden gab.

Herausragendes Fitness- / und Wellness-Angebot.

Cons:

Ich hatte das Zimmer für Rollstuhlfahrer. Grundsätzlich ist das natürlich nicht schlimm, aber die Einrichtung war halt entsprechend und das ist zumindest gewöhnungsbedürftig, und eigentlich wäre ich gern vorher gefragt worden.

Great service, food and clean place. This place really has everything for a perfect spa break
Pros:

First visit and staff members were very friendly and attentive. The place was very clean, great selection of healthy food and drinks. It is a great place to stay to work, unwind and relax. I will be visiting again as a result of the first visit exceeding my expectations

Cons:

The wifi was poor and had a unstable connection which kept cutting out.

Cons:

The staff was incredibly unfriendly on multiple occasions. For example, when I was checking in, there was a photo shoot happening, and they were so busy chatting about this that they ignored me for a full 10 minutes. When my husband and daughter joined me the next morning, the staff on call literally closed the door in their face, saying that the club wasn't open yet, not even letting them explain why there were there.
In addition, the pool was only accessible to our daughter during a limited time window. We were not alerted to this during the booking (even though we booked as a family) or during check-in. It was even more aggravating, because she was actually swimming laps (not playing) when another guest complained and there was no staff available to resolve the situation.
When we complained, our comments were shrugged off, with zero effort to engage.
