Pros:

The staff is really helpful but the rooms were not cleaned properly. There was hair everywhere (not mine). The breakfast lacked options, very basic but the eggs station staff was really nice. Gym and pool seemed nice but I never used them.

Pros:

The location is very convenient especially for the travelers who have kids. "Three days after checking out, I realized I left my card case inside the safety box. We returned to the hotel and asked the receptionist for help. I truly appreciate Mr. Earth, who went out of his way to personally check the safety box on the 12th floor, even though there was already a guest in the room. I found my card case anyway. Thank you so much again, and special thanks to my fellow Filipina, Ms. Dolley.see you soon again. From Kathleen and family.

Location near walking street ,Had a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The staff were courteous, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout my visit. Everything was well organized, and the overall hospitality exceeded my expectations.
