Pros:

Our stay was amazing BUT.... I have been robbed by the hotel. They charged me twice for our room. The Hotel said they blocked 17,000 AED on check in, I was asked to pay the same 17,000 AED on check out. When I got home I found the hotel had taken 17,000 AED not blocked it off my card. I have not received the money back and the hotel do not intend giving it back so far.

One of the best hotels in Dubai, the staff are fantastic, they go out of their way to help. The food options and theme nights are top quality, and the pool/beach facilities are exceptional.
If you are looking for a child friendly hotel, with luxury, this is up there with the best.

This was by far the worst Westin experience I’ve ever had. We booked 2 rooms and a suite for a group of 8, yet the service was appalling from the moment we arrived. The staff are unfriendly, rude, and argumentative – with absolutely no sense of professionalism.

The person who checked us in was dismissive and arrogant. Despite our club lounge access, he didn’t even update our keys. Basic courtesies like a simple “good morning” or acknowledgment from staff were completely absent throughout our stay.

I’ve stayed at many Westins worldwide, and this property falls embarrassingly short of the brand’s standards. The staff’s attitude reflects zero hospitality skills and a complete disregard for guests. Management seriously needs to address this toxic culture, because right now, this hotel is tarnishing the Westin name.

I could not be any happier with The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort. Their staff was incredibly respectful and welcoming. Check in was very quick with detailed explanation of amenities.
The cleanliness of this resort was impressive. Service staff would call and ask if there was anything we needed in the room.
There were great restaurant options inside resort. If you chose to eat out, the staff would be so quick to help us with transportation.
I would highly recommend this resort.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed warmly, our concierge gave our daughter a very tasteful puzzle gift featuring the illustration of the front of the hotel. Upon getting our room, the standard King we were impressed with the size and the cleanliness. Staff would make up our beds after afternoon naps and we're very discreet about it really adding to the 5* service. Breakfast was always fresh and unique, and every staff member greeted us with genuine warmness. Thank you for having us, we had a great holiday.
