La recepción muy linda, el comedor con vista al mar maravillosa 😍
Al ser un lugar antiguo la acústica no era muy buena por lo que no pude dormir bien, escuché a las personas que caminaban por los pasillos y las duchas de mis vecinos.

Respuesta lenta al cliente ante desperfectos, demora en tratar problemas ,pasillo con alfombra rota,habitacion interior con visibilidad a pasillo exterior.

el ventilador o extractor del baño suena mucho, la ducha estaba fisurada y saltaba agua por ahi, la luz de cabecera es muy fuerte, deben poner algo más tenue.
Ubicación cerca Costanera y pleno centro . El desayuno es muy completo , solo faltaba palta para acompañar y mayor temperatura huevos y otros alimentos .

Estuvimos poco tiempo pero fue muy agradable para descansar y pasar el tiempo antes de iniciar nuestro retorno. Es un hotel que sin lugar a dudas, es ideal para estar por más días. El personal atendió muy bien y se preocuparon de nuestro desayuno (partíamos muy temprano), de que estuviéramos en las mejores condiciones para iniciar la aventura de regreso.
No tengo comentarios negativos.
