Además que en el desayuno una señora del personal secaba cubiertos y los lanzaba a un bote de metal haciendo un ruido muy molesto.

Cons:

Modificaron el lugar del desayuno, desarmando un lounge muy comodo. No disponen de una PC para ser utilizada por los huespedes

Un hotel antiguo que se quedó en el pasado sin renovación.

Muy buena ubicación en la Costanera. Destaca la amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

Hotel muy antiguo que se quedó congelado en el pasado. No hay una renovación de instalaciones generales ni tampoco de las habitaciones. Baños con hongos en las paredes y tina. Barras con óxido. Armarios sucios, y papel roto. Mobiliario muy antiguo. Problemas para estacionar.

Mal servicio de la gente que te atiende en la recepción

Muy mala atención en la recepción. Booking ponia un precio y despues en el hotel nos dijieron que era en argentinos que aparecia y ellos no tomaban argentinos, tuvimos que pagar en dolares y nos dieron cambio en billetes de 1usd (que en argentina no sirven y eran cara chica) se los rechazamos y nos dijieron que era un problema de nuestro pais, no suyo, en vez de aceptar el reclamo, no dieron solución y por 5usd arruinaron nuestra experiencia. El encargado decia que si nosotras esperabamos que nos “perdonen” esos 5usd iban a salir de la recrpcionista que nos estaba atendiendo, una verguenza, no se hizo cargo de nada el encargado. El cuarto era demasiado chico para lo que pagamos, las camas muy blandas, incomodisimas.
