Peccato, pensavo fosse un hotel a 4 stelle
Pros:

Bella la vista del mare e il contesto in una villa storica, anche se non particolarmente ben tenuta. Buon buffet della colazione, anche se il servizio è praticamente assente. Valida la piscina.

Cons:

Tanti piccoli difetti nelle camere, dal rivestimento in ecopelle del letto che si scrosta alla serratura del bagno rotta e inutilizzabile a lampadine non funzionanti. Anche l'igiene nelle camere non è assolutamente congrua con una struttura a quattro stelle: il portasapone nella doccia era lurido, segni di ruggine in terra bel oavimento del bagno, etc. L'hotel penso lavori principalmente come location per feste e eventi e infatti una sera c'è stata una festa per un diciottesimo. Peccato che la nostra camera era a circa 10-15 metri in linea d'aria dallo spazio esterno dove si è svolta la festa con musica a volume molto elevato ben oltre la mezzanotte. Con una app fonometro (strumento chiaramente non affidabile ma indicativo) ho misurato 60 dB in camera a finestre chiuse e 80 dB a finestre aperte. In pratica non siamo riusciti a dormire. Ovviamente la reception era chiusa (e anche la mattina per il checkout la reception apre soltanto alle 9). Alle mie lamentele le uniche risposte sono state: forse la cassa era orientata male e nei prossimi giorni non ci saranno altri eventi. L'impressione molto netta è che la struttura sia molto più orientata ai ricevimenti che all'accoglienza e al servizio di hotel.

Een zeer ruime, mooie en comfortabele kamer op een prachtig domein. Het ontbijt was, naar Italiaanse normen, zeker goed en verzorgd. Mooie uitvalsbasis om de regio te verkennen.

Cons:

Een klein minpuntje is dat de locatie wat afgelegen ligt.
Houd er wel rekening mee dat het domein ook gebruikt wordt voor trouwfeesten. Hierdoor kan er, afhankelijk van het moment, soms wat muziek en geluidsoverlast zijn.
Al bij al een zeer aangenaam verblijf op een prachtig domein en een goede uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te ontdekken.

Grazie allo staff che si supera ogni volta. Piscina spettacolare e vista mozzafiato
Pros:

Ormai è diventata tappa fissa quando viaggio per lavoro in queste zone. Lo staff è sempre super disponibile e la colazione ottima. La piscina poi è il massimo in estate, una vista mozzafiato su mezzo mediterraneo.

Belle localisation, grand parc

Belle localisation , grand parc, hébergement de plain-pied spacieux, agréable.

Cons:

Réouverture de la saison ? nous sommes peut-être arrivés trop tôt. Personnel, Repas du soir et petit déjeuner succincts, peu de choix.
Quelques regrets.

Tolle Aussicht am Pool. Sehr schöner Platz für den sundowner.

Cons:

Neben den Zimmervermietungen ist das Haus für Veranstaltungen buchbar, daher gab es während unseres Aufenthaltes 5 Hochzeitsfeiern. Das bekommt man in der Nacht schon mit.

Nice location outside the city of Ispica. Great for a bit of relax

Cons:

Room wasn’t perfectly clean (especially the bathroom) and some furniture required fixing. Also shower didn’t have hot water all the time. It’s ok for a one night touch in the summer but I would not recommend staying longer unless it’s fixed.
I also find inconvenient that staff didn’t provide enough toiletries (no toothpaste / no slippers / not enough bath soap) especially given the location it’s impossible to go out for a walk and buy what is necessary.

Ormai è tappa fissa per i miei soggiorni di lavoro. Lo staff è gentilissimo e la struttura è sempre superpulita. La colazione poi è il massimo, abbondante e varia. Il massimo per affrontare una giornata di lavoro in trasferta

Sembra immergerci in un mondo passato saloni affrescati e camere con pavimenti in pietra !
Ragazze alla reception molto gentili ci hanno concesso un ceck out alle 17.00 senza farci pagare niente ! Ci torneremo sicuramente
