I love the island.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice, I really appreciate the hardworking lady that served the breakfast. She was over and beyond!

Cons:

When we ask about prolongation, they changed us more for the first time, because of some mistakes at the first day. And the price for the extra day was higher than we booked first few days. It makes me sad.

Breakfast- To a starting entrepreneur like myself the convince of the first meal is eveything!

Cons:

Staff was not the finest hospitality has to offer, in a city like Nanaimo where there are people always looking for work we can do better.

Clean, professional, great location and a satisfying breakfast!
Pros:

Very friendly breakfast lady. A nice greeting. Clean and super well organized. Good food selection. Really great tasting coffee and we were so thankful for the orange juice! No powdered juice—-little things make a difference.
Friendly and efficient office staff. The room was clean and bed comfortable. We were satisfied and will return on our next trip.

Cons:

All satisfactory!

Not again
Pros:

The big room

Cons:

The room was cold ,when I arrived and the breakfast isn't that great at all ,waffle batter didn't taste good sausages were so over cooked they were a wrinkled skinny stick.. Coffee was disgusting 🤮I stayed at the Ramada in Campbell River was excellent in everyway ..won't stay again
