I loved almost everything. Room was great. Very good size with mini-bar refilled free every day. Really comfortable bed. Very clean and well decorated room. The size and number of machines in the fitness center is great.
The only thing I would change is the windows in the room. I am a person who like some fresh air but the windows do not open in the room. If it is for safety reason I suggest making it so that the windows can only open a small anount. Enough to allow air in but not wide enough for a person to fit through.
Also there was a cooking surface but no pots and pans or cooking untensils in my room 4209

Customer service, house keeping services, local to all supermarkets, staff was very kind
To be objective, it's also important to note the positive aspects of this hotel, which include:
1/ the cleanliness of the rooms, which was beyond reproach; the cleanliness of the hotel lobby was also excellent. Since I had to work outside my room around 1 a.m., I witnessed all the gold lamella ornaments being cleaned in the lobby, which demonstrates a high level of attention to cleanliness. 2/ a very well-equipped gym, as well as free extra-curricular activities such as Muay Thai;
3/ a large, rectangular swimming pool with warm water (in previous stays, it was much colder, and that was the only drawback); this time, it wasn't;
4/ coffee and tea were available almost all day in the hotel lobby, which I haven't experienced in other hotels.
'll try to give you the most honest, yet subjective, assessment of my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, it was likely my last stay there, and I'll present my arguments below. I've always valued staying at Grand Central Point, considering the price-quality ratio of the hotel and services. My rating is also influenced by the fact that previously (I've stayed at this hotel four or five times) I received upgrades two or three times, including a larger room with an additional area where I could work freely. Of course, you could say I didn't pay for such an amenity, but the receptionist assured me of such an upgrade. To my surprise, the room I was assigned was a standard room, and the subsequent explanations about the hotel's overall occupancy were completely off the mark, including another employee's explanation that meals were moved to the lower level due to low occupancy. I wouldn't elaborate on this issue if the receptionist's assurance of such an upgrade didn't leave a bad taste in my mouth. The question is, why these lies? They leave a very bad taste in my mouth during this stay. The second issue concerns the room cleaning hours, which on the first two days were between 2 and 3 p.m., which is unacceptable to me, as I would like my room cleaned with fresh towels, etc., when returning from the city. Only after my intervention was the room cleaned in the morning.
The third issue concerns the quality of the hallway. My room was on the 36th floor, and I noticed many imperfections in the hallway. Many of the tiles were cracked, some filled with cement. It simply didn't look good, and it wasn't what I expect from a five-star hotel. My wife also noted an unpleasant odor after exiting the elevator on the 36th floor.
