Pros:

Restaurant was best part of hotel. Meals were excellent and servers outstanding.

Hotel itself is in need of a bit of a refresh. Front desk staff was often not there so can not say too helpful.

Cons:

Room on bottom floor is oddly shaped. It was large but not well laid out and usable.

In a 5 star facility, it’s the little things that count
Pros:

The location on the water was superb. The service provided by all staff was excellent . The room was clean.

Cons:

For a 5 star hotel, the following were shortcomings : no soap in the toilet room, instant coffee in the room, paint peeling on exterior walls, laundry in hallway 24 hours, all food facilities closed until 5 pm even though check in was at 3:00. Restaurant had limited choice of dinner mains other than beef
