Fantastiskt läge
It was close to the beach, cafes and restaurants and it was clean and quiet.
Nothing except the air conditioning didn’t work - room was quite warm but I left the balcony door open for cool air.
Dit was mijn 3e verblijf bij dit hotel, ik heb hier 2 jaar geleden al verbleven en een half jaar daarvoor ook. Ik was toen erg onder de indruk van het hotel, hoe vriendelijk iedereen was, hoe goed het eten was, hoe mooi de kamers waren. Alles was perfect. Helaas is dat nu niet meer zo, ik weet niet wat er veranderd is, misschien nieuwe eigenaar van het hotel? Maar het personeel is helemaal niet meer vriendelijk. Twee jaar geleden zeiden ze je altijd goedendag als je binnenkwam, nu kijkt niemand meer op. Echt heel jammer, het is nu geen bijzonder hotel meer.
- Ik vroeg om twee glazen bij de receptie, zegt de receptioniste dat ik naar het zwembad moest en bij de bar moest vragen. Ik daarheen (met de lift + stuk lopen), bleek de bar gesloten te zijn. Kom ik terug naar de receptie, blijkt dat zij gewoon een sleutel had van de bar rechts naast de receptie en kon ze me daar gewoon twee glazen geven, maar ze had duidelijk geen zin om 2 meter te lopen.
- Een medewerkster daar is bijzonder chagrijnig, kijkt boos. Als je haar begroet als je binnenkomt kijkt ze op en kijkt ze weer verder op haar computer. En de rest van het personeel is niet veel beter. Erg jammer, het is zo een kleine moeite om gewoon aardig te zijn tegen je klanten en wat een verschil met de jaren daarvoor.

Great location, 20 minute walk into the city centre, across the road from a lovely beach, paid extra for a sea view & it was worth it.
Very clean, nice room, massive comfortable bed, staff were pleasant & helpful.
Didn’t use the bar, pool or have breakfast so can’t comment on those facilities.
There are a few small bars & shops around the hotel but most were closed as it’s not full season yet. There are 2 very nice Italian restaurants within a 10 minute walk, Mamma Mia & La Pala D’oro, we ate at both & would highly recommend them.
I was glad that we had booked this hotel out of the city centre, which is beautiful but can get very busy.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The air conditioning wasn’t on due to the season, the room was quite warm & we don’t like the doors open at night in case of mosquitoes but we asked for a fan & that was brought to the room immediately & was a massive improvement.
The road between the hotel & beach is very busy, this didn’t bother us but is worth mentioning.
Some other reviews refer to the hotel needing refurbishment but don’t be put off by this. Some of the hall carpets need replacing but the sea view room on floor 6 that we had was very nice.
La habitación familiar en la que estuvimos era muy grande y eso con 2 niños pequeños es muy cómodo. El personal del desayuno era encantador, todo facilidades y amabilidad.
La habitación estaba reformada pero algunas partes del hotel se aprecian antiguas (como los ascensores por ejemplo).
La ubicación es muy cómoda, el centro está a 20 minutos andando pero en la puerta del hotel paran varios autobuses de linea con mucha frecuencia.
Algunas zonas necesitan una actualización como el gym o los ascensores, pero aun así todo es funcional.

Le côté jardin/piscine était un peu petit. Le personnel de l’accueil était poli mais froid.
The location was good across from the beach. The breakfast was good plenty to choose from with a lovely ambience near the pool with outdoor seating. The hotel was clean
The bedroom was small room 309 overlooking the main road and a bit noisy. The beds were rock hard I couldn't sleep I had to get one of their bolster pillows and put it under me to sleep. The reception team didn't ask us if we enjoyed our stay when we were checking out or if everything was ok. We paid 600 euro for 3 nights
Brokastīs gājām netālu no vienīcas ir vairākas kafejnīcas. Laba lokācija, tuvu pilsētas centram, blakus jūrai. Patika, ka viesnīcai ir baseins un neliels sauļošanās laukums pie tā.
Bijām marta vidū. Istabā bija diegan auksti.
