The welcoming staff, the activities, very friendly, the buffet

Cons:

We had to change rooms 2 times but the staff was very helpful and did accommodate our requests eventually.

Time of the shows are quite late at night and the set up of the room does not allow everyone to see them

Best all inclusive iv been to in ages
Pros:

Place was gorgeous. Very big very clean and the facilities and events and themed nights were amazing. The staff were so friendly and it was right in the middle of two trips. Gorgeous huge pool.

Cons:

Events can only be played when they are booked as on that day with the team even the ping pong table.

Enjoyed the week. The weather was brilliant.
Pros:

Food was excellent. Entertainment excellent. Location good.

Cons:

Pool area. V claustrophobic. People on top of each other. Hate to see it in high season. No English channels on TV. Asked many times at reception. Technical staff came fiddled around with TV. Said they would be back!! Nothing. Friends experienced the same re TV.
Our mistake, no balcony.
