Équipements vieux dans la chambre, hotels bruyants le matin. Transats difficiles à avoir si vous ne vous levez pas TRÈS tôt.
Mais l'hôtel reste sympa.
Par contre, superbe plage.

Bra underhållning hela tiden. Mest britter och tyskar. Stenhårda sängar.

Food was great, but rooms are very outdated. Walls were also paper thin. We weren’t ale to sleep in once due to all the noise.

Fantastic hotel, rooms a little dated but some much going on for families we were only in there to sleep.
Food - Amazing, Staff - Awesome, Entertainment - Brilliant, Beach - Fantastic, Surrounding area - Walkable, safe and clean, Location - Perfect.
All in all a great location for a family holiday, that good we are thinking of returning next year!

Die Unterkunft ist toll, aber leider erwas in die Jahre gekommen und dringend renovationsbedürftig.
Ansonsten alles gut, top Buffet (wer hier nichts zu essen findet, hat ein ganz anderes Problem).
Personal ist stets bemüht und und aufmerksam.
Sehr gute Lage zum Strand.
Der Hafen von Alcudia ist fussläufig sehr gut innerhalb 20 Min. erreichbar.

Five star, only problem was flushing toilet but after noticing it to the reception it was solved within 30min.
Kids (and we) were super happy with breakfast and dinner (only had half board), good variation of foods.
Drinks and beer at low prices.
Nice entertainment both during the day and the evening, best was the foam party last day.

Excellent location with only a few meters to the beach and the ocean.

Todo perfecto. La atención del personal y la comida son insuperables. El hotel está en una ubicación inmejorable. Volveré a repetir sin duda.

Great stay, beautiful beach, very close to the shops . Rooms are outdated but very clean and spacious .

Nice Hotel. Many families with small children. Over all I can recommend the hotel. All in good shape, only a little bit old sometimes.

Overall great. Lifts were in and out of service, so would be an issue if mobility is a challenge or have a pram. Air con in room did not work, so would be an issue in the height of summer. Neither impacted our stay as we could take the stairs and April weather cooler at night.

Un hôtel familial très agréable avec 3 piscines mais pas chauffées. Impossible de s'y baigner fin avril et j'avoue que ça a été la mauvaise surprise. En dehors de ça, le personnel est absolument incroyable. Aussi bien les femmes de chambre qui font un travail remarquable que le personnel du restaurant qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable.Toujours au petit soin, toujours un sourire pour les enfants. Le buffet est assez varié et franchement bon. On s'est bien régalé. Les spectacles du soir sont vraiment bien.
L'accès à la plage très proche.
Les chambres sont, en revanche un peu vieillotte.
