Fattoria San Lorenzo - Apartments

We dere expecting higher standard when looking at the cost of the stat and the pictures of the property on the website. The pool floor was not cleaned properly and was so slippery that We actually fell a couple of times when entering the pool. 3 of the 4 plastic chairs in the kitchen was broken in the back so your T-shirt Got caught when leaning back. The aircondition in the room stoppes working 4 times during the week We stayed there. The hot water when showering sent in and of during the shower, switching between too warm and too cold. In our opinion the price did not match the actual property.

Great apartments at quiet location, easy parking, well equipped and very clean. Fantastic pool, rest areas... simply perfect.

Our stay was great! Isaacco and his team are great hosts. The location is perfect to explore Maremma by bike. After cycling a dip in one of the pools, followed by regional great dinner. Sometimes you encounter Deers and Rabbits

We were three couples traveling together, and we stayed at Fattoria San Lorenzo for three days. We were a bit worried about being so far out of town and away from things, but then we found out we could rent bikes. We rode our bikes to the beach two of the days. We rode the bikes to the grocery store each day, and into Grosseto one day...the bikes were the perfect solution. We loved the pool and the grounds of the property. We really enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We loved that the staff got to know us a bit, and we apprecitae being able to do some laundry! We would highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was dark and faced the restaurant with a high hedge opposite. The 2nd bedroom was in the apartment ceiling and the room was very dark. My daughter was not happy to sleep in it. It was also accessed by open slippery stairs. This was not described within the apartment details. If so, I would never have booked it.

We spend 10 days at Fattoria San Lorenzo and had a really good time. The rooms are nice and spacious, the location in the South of Tuscany is really good, close to the Beaches and close to beautiful villages and Maremma National Park. The swimming pool was also very nice. Nothing but good experiences.

Perfect location. There are restaurants, a tennis court and swimming pools on site. Professional and friendly service. We had a separate house with a garden. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, air conditioning. A car is required to get around.

We loved staying here, amazing, kind staff and beautiful place to enjoy your vacation.
We will definitely come back.

It s got the peace and tranquility to relax but very much things to do nearby.

Perfekt hotell för utflykter på förmiddagen och poolhäng på eftermiddagen. Vi hade superiorboende och fick en väldigt lugn och skön vistelse. Det är inget superlyx boende men det var inte det vi var ute efter heller. Levde upp till alla mina förväntningar och mer därtill.

Disappointing, overpriced IMO. We were in a separate apartment to the main hotel so could not use the main facilities conveniently, such as the pool. If we wanted to use the restaurant we had to drive. Our apartment was very small and only had a small pool. AC was not very good and wifi was terrible. Expected great things, was below average considering the price. Off of a main road, with fast cars so could not cycle or run safely. Will not go again.

No hot water

Uitstekende agriturismo met prima uitgeruste ruime appartementen. Wij verbleven in een 4-kamer appartement in "Tenuta Livia", het centrale deel vd accommodatie. Dan heb je met 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers een een woonkamer-keuken werkelijk alle ruimte. Het enig wat wij misten is wat relax meubilair buiten op de patio. Het management en receptie personeel is zeer, zeer vriendelijk en geeft zinvolle tips voor bezoekjes od restaurants in de omgeving. Sowieso is dit een mooi stuk van Toscane als je eveneens prijs op het strand en de kust stelt. Het centrale zwembad is ruim genoeg voor alle gasten en voorzien van ligbedden.

Lovely place in the country near the beach. Excellent service and super friendly staff. Lodging was in a beautiful setting with country finishes.

J'ai sejourne a la Fattoria San Lorenzo debut Mai: le temps etait magnifique et j'avais hate de pouvoir profiter de la piscine. Grande deception car la belle piscine qui est mise en evidence sur le site de hotels.com etait fermee. C'est vraiment dommange que ce genre d'information ne soit pas fourni au moment de la reservation. A noter cependant qu'il y avait la possibilite de profiter d'une autre piscine a 1km au "pozzino" qui est une annexe de la structure principale de la Fattoria San Lorenzo. D'ailleurs si vous avez la possibilite, demander explicitement d'avoir un appartement au "pozzino", car c'est plus calme (en plein milieu de la nature) et la structure est plus petite et plus charmante que la structure principale de la Fattoria San Lorenzo.

We stayed in the apartments which were about 1/2 km away from the main complex. The swimming pool was quite small but fortunately not crowded. Excellent location; just off the road which takes you to the beaches, but at the same time, a very quiet and tranquil spot.
