Una camarera al desayuno no era agradable estaba de mal humor no era muy cordial el último día fue agradable y sonriente pero eso debe ser todos los días y siempre que ofrece un servicio es su deber ser amable con los turistas..

Struttura situata in una posizione tranquilla e immersa nel verde. Gli spazi esterni risultano gradevoli e ben inseriti nel contesto circostante.

Cons:

Diversi aspetti non hanno corrisposto alle aspettative create dall’annuncio. L’ascensore indicato tra i servizi non era utilizzabile per raggiungere il piano della nostra camera, nonostante viaggiassimo con un bambino piccolo e passeggino. La camera aveva due letti singoli uniti anziché un vero letto matrimoniale, la doccia era priva della chiusura in vetro e il Wi-Fi non risultava utilizzabile dalla nostra stanza. Anche la colazione è apparsa poco curata sotto alcuni aspetti organizzativi, ad esempio per l’assenza di indicazioni sui prodotti proposti e la richiesta della tazzina utilizzata per il caffè per rifarne un altro alla sottoscritta, senza lavarla. Le criticità sono state segnalate durante il soggiorno e successivamente tramite Booking, senza ricevere chiarimenti completi su tutti i punti evidenziati.

A very good and restful experience

Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner. Emplacement idéal ma fille habite à 5 minutes pratique pour réunion familiale. Espace piscine très agréable. Bar proche piscine aussi. Personnel très à l'écoute.
