Cons:

J'avais oublié une robe dans la penderie lors d'un précédent passage. L'hôtel avait refusé de me l'a renvoyer à mes frais. J'ai donc demandé de la garder. J'ai dû demander plusieurs fois à la réception pour que finalement, on m'envoie promener.

Pros:

La zona colazione molto buona e fornita di prodotti dal dolce al salato. Anche la stanza ben strutturata e permetteva di stare comodi
Lo staff ha fatto in modo che non mancasse mai nulla ed è stato sempre gentile.

Cons:

Albergo silenzioso e ben strutturato, personale cordiale e disponibile nel fornire le risposte.
La stanza era silenziosa, ma ci sarebbero delle migliorie da fare: pavimentazione del balcone instabile, la muffa intorno alla vasca da bagno e rivedere il soffione dentro la vasca da bagno che rendeva difficile lavarsi.
Inoltre mancava l illuminazione dal 2 al 1 piano sulle scale e per poco il mio compagno non si gioca il ginocchio.

La vétusté des lieux alors que c’est ecrit 4 étoiles ! La literie horrible, on est dans un creux que des centaines de personnes avant ont créé. Le personnel d’accueil sans aucun intérêt, à peine souriant. La demande d’un lit bébé payante !! Alors qu’on est dans un « 4 étoiles » à revoir !
La piscine est payante aussi !! Alors qu’elle n’est pas précisé en supplément lors de la réservation
