Tutto bene tranne la pulizia
Non era male ma nemmeno bene in bagno c'erano ragnatele e capelli il pavimento della camera macchiato come se non fosse stato passato il panno

Everything.its waste of money and staff fake details about hotel no swimming pool no facilities and breakfast is very limited and staff in breakfast area is very rude. It's my bad experience also my kinds is hate this vacation.its like punishment.

Allora cucina normale a prezzi molto alti ,camera con pavimento.scollato ,aria condizionata a 29 gradi senza possibilità di abbassarla lo abbiamo fatto presente alla reception che ha detto che l avrebbe abbassata lui da PC ,quindi ho dormito male ,la colazione assolutamente scarsa e con prodotti di bassa qualità per un albergo a 4 stelle ,sicuramente se dovessi ricapitare in zona non lo prenderei in considerazione ,ho preso la stanza su booking per le foto che sono assolutamente ingannevoli la struttura risulta abbastanza fatiscente ,l.unica nota positiva che ho riscontrato è la doccia bella grande e capiente, peccato ci siamo rimasti male

Pros:

Room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and varied. Close to Leolandia. Spa was very nice to have.

Ho soggiornato una notte quindi non posso commentare

Cons:

ma ne meriterebbe 2. Camera ferma agli anni ‘80 e bagno imbarazzante: silicone del piatto doccia pieno di muffa. Nel 2026 basterebbe un’ora di manutenzione per sistemarlo. Colazione deludente, con un forte odore di uova in sala: meglio quella di un autogrill. Davvero lontano dagli standard di un vero 4 stelle

Avoid this hotel if you are a foreigner
Pros:

The food at the restaurant was extremely disappointing. When I raised my concerns, instead of addressing them, I was repeatedly told that it was “Italian food” and that the taste was simply how it was meant to be. That felt dismissive rather than helpful.

The manager’s attitude made the experience even worse. He was rude, aggressive, and walked away from me several times while I was trying to ask questions about the menu and understand my options. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, I felt pressured into paying for food that I couldn’t eat. It seemed to me like a racial bias, seeing that I’m a foreigner.

Overall, the customer service at both the restaurant and reception fell well below expectations. Had the service been more professional and accommodating, the experience may have justified the money I spent. Unfortunately, the poor food, lack of empathy, and unprofessional behaviour left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied.

Cons:

Impianto climatizzazione obsoleto e rumoroso.
Chiesto in reception se si poteva spegnere e mi hanno detto che potevano abbassare ma non spegnere.
Praticamente non ho chiuso occhio, rumore della ventilazione insopportabile, in particolare la notte quando si vuole dormire.

Cambiare camera non era possibile e la risposta è stata che avrebbero chiamato un tecnico.
